Maaco Auto Painting & Bodywork

I recently had a wreck and took my truck to MAACO in Lubbock to have the repairs done. I had a great experience. They did everything they said they would do and even took care of some extra body work that I did not pay for. The repairs look great and the truck works better than it ever has. I got more than what I paid for, everything works and looks great, and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend MAACO in Lubbock anytime. Thanks MAACO Lubbock!

We have had 2 vehicles painted and had bodywork with Maaco in Lubbock TX. My husbands 1965 Mustang came out looking like a GEM and our run around car came back looking great. The owners were great and the employees answered all of our questions. I would recommend them to any one. And as far as it taking a little longer then promised I think that's good because they wanted our Mustang to be perfect and it was. In fact we have won several car shows with our Maaco paint and body work and we owe it all to the Maaco team putting out quality work!

I think they did a really good job the sales people were super friendly and The owners greeted us with a smile i would give them 6 stars . Thank you Maaco for a wonderful Job .

If I could I would give ZERO stars.

Our experience with the Maaco in Lubbock, TX was extremely disappointing. They promised certain repairs would be done and then didn't deliver. Everytime they gave us a day that the truck should have been ready it was not. It was always 2-3 days later than the date they gave us. They do not seem to know the meaning of customer service. To have the manager argue and yell at a customer just doesn't seem right to me....especially when the customer just wants what he was promised. It's obvious in spots that chipped paint was touched up with different color paint. Very choppy work.

We don't recommend Maaco in Lubbock to anyone and urge friends to go somewhere else.
