This is my favorite restaurant in Denver. Try the curries or the sriracha beef. The atmosphere is pleasant - notice the beautiful light fixtures and the authentic Thai tables. Service is pleasant. Take out is available.

This is a fun restaurant with unique style, I enjoy all of the seafood dishes and the desserts are yummy too. I love to bring out of town guests to Thai Basil.

I went twice in a week, once for dinner and once for lunch. Both times very good. I had Thai Basil Veggies with Tofu. Filling but not so much I couldn't finish. 2nd time Pad Thai Noodles-again very good, more chicken than shrimp but good flavor. My date had chicken sate and it was very good-nice size pieces and good peaunt sauce. The special Siagon Noodles had lot's of shrimp and was very flavorful. Nothing tasted 'just the same' as anything else. I will go back next time I'm in the neighborhood.

After reading the review about staff and the long delivery time, I was a bit hesitant calling for an order on a Friday night. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful on the phone and did not hesitate or say anything negative about doing a delivery. As a matter of fact, they were quicker than a Dominos delivery. The delivery took all of twenty minutes on a Friday night at 8:00PM. I would highly recommend Thai Basil.

Pros: Fast delivery, Good food, Freindly Staff!

One of the best Thai restaurants I've found ouside Australia (and Thailand as well). Great atmosphere for Denver. Ask for extra spicy!

Having lived near the original location at Alameda for a number of years, I was thrilled when this location opened in Uptown. What is particularly nice about the Uptown location is that there is never a wait. The food is very satisfying and we eat there several times per month. Recently, they implemented a happy hour which includes imported beers for 50 cents each with an entree order! The noodle bowls in particular are inexpensive and always satisfying.

Pros: Great noodle bowls, fresh ingredients and green tea ice cream

Cons: Service can be sketchy/impersonal at times

Okay...the food is average...but good in a pinch. Staff is RUDE! I have called 3 times in the last three months for delivery, and each time they sound like they can't get rid of me fast enough. On top of that, they have said each time that it would take 90 minutes for delivery!! If you offer a service, make sure you can deliver it.

Cons: bad attitude and customer service

Thai Basil has the best curry dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are into Thai inspired dishes. They have a great menu at reasonable prices.
