Dont even bother with this place! I came in today with a gift certificate that I had found in a drawer with NO expiration date on it! When I took it in they said that after one year it expires and that they wouldn't take it! I couldn't believe it 20 dollars wasted. Its not a place that I would refer people too and I would never return!!

When I walked into Diamond Nails this afternoon I was hoping to get a solar nail fill and 1 nail repair. There were approximately 7 tech's in the shop when i got there but only 1 gentlemen doing nails (appeared to be the only gentlemen in the shop) He was working with someone else and asked how they could help and i said a fill with 1 nail repair. he said ok, 5 minutes have a seat. I sat down and waited. Not 5 minutes, not 10, but 20 minutes to be helped. There were approximately 6 other ladies in the shop 4 of whom were working on pedicures while the other two "lounged" around. By the time It was finally my turn to get my nails done i sit down and let the guy now i want a solar fill he informs me that it is 30 dollars for a solar fill. At which point i say no thank you thats to much i will just do a regular acrylic fill and have my nail tips painted. He then tries to tell me that my nails are so bad i need a new set. I promptly tell him no that they are fine i would just like a fill. He continued to dispute that with me for about 3 minutes and in the meantime im starting to question why i chose there and should i just leave. He finally see's that he is not gonna sucker me into spending more moeny so he starts filling my nails. He was upset with me and while he was drilling my nails he used the drummil on HIGH to the point where it started burning my nails and hurting. Not to mention he was sloppy at his work because he didnt get his way. After he completed the fill i washed my hands and chose my nail color and sat back down. He asked me to pay then so as not to mess up my nails. So i did. It came to $23.00. A regular fill is 15, a nail repair is $3.00, and color is $5.00. So i didn't think anything of it that sounded logical to me and according to the price board it was correct. So i paid and he went to paint the first nail and started painting the whole thing, when i said "oh no sir just the tip. He said "oh that is 5 dollar more"! I was LIVID to say the least. I couldnt understand why i would be paying 5.00 more for something i JUST paid 23.00 for plus a 2.00 tip. Then he proceded to tell me he used the "SOLAR" acrylic on my nails after i told him NO i wanted a regular acrylic fill. He raised his voice at me and treated me like i was an idiot and told me i tricked him repeatedly.I TRICKED HIM!? GIVE ME A BREAK! I have been getting my nails done for years and i know the routine and i know what i want. So for him to sit there and yell at me and tell me i tricked him was totally uncalled for and made me angry. I was seeing red. I am an easy going person and rarely ever get mad and never raise my voice but he made me feel threatened and taken advantage of and i was not gonna have it. he continued to raise his voice at me after i told him i was no longer going to discuss this with him that i know what i said i wanted and that i wasn't leaving until my nail tips were painted. FINALLY he painted them... in the most sloppy, unproffesional way he could, all the while throwing the bottle of color and clear coat when finished. after he was done painting (if you want to call it that) my nails i promptly got up and left the salon. I will never return and i will tell everyone i know and thensome to NEVER darken their doors. AWFUL experience of people trying to take advantage of innocent people and steal their money! what a shame!

I will continue to tell everyone i know NEVER to go there. IT WAS AWFUL. I wouldnt even give it a 1 star rating thats how horrible it was!

They ripped off my nail!! After they got done ripping off my thumb nail they superglued it to stop the bleeding and then almost sanded through another part of the same nail! Before my nail was ripped off i had asked for a natural look and what I got was a horribly bloody thumb nail and then he still wanted to charge me full price! The pain was terrible. Do not go here
