.

This store has some really rude sales managers that work repair customer service. After being forgotten about when I had an appointment and waited 45 minutes the greeter realized that I hadn't been helped. He then took me to the counter where a mulit-colored haired woman with fake nails put down her book....Personal reading book and said "":what is your problem"" Not how can I help you or what seems to be wrong with you phone. When I explained that I had been sent the update from them and that it had issues she said we can hard reset then phone which would take a few minutes. Or they could take 2 and a half hours and uninstalll and reinstall the software updates. I asked what would I loose and she claimed all my text messages. I asked if they would or how could I back up the text messages and she said ""it is not our responsibility"" ""you have to download an app or something"" I asked which app works? She claimed ""I don't know just go to the app store"" I then asked if she would ask the techs which app works and then said ""they say none of them really work"" I then explained that the texts from my previous phone was moved to this phone by another sprint store when Brianna Caldwell Sales Manager so that is the card she gave me She is an overweight woman with shoulder length highlighted blonde hair said they must have done that as a courtesy. I asked if they could do the same as I need the messages and she said ""you could write them down"".....Really. I said I was given an appointment by the 800 service number which is not a service store then give a 2nd appointment to this store where I have waited patiently for 45 minutes while an associated read her book. Am I asking for too much as I have driven to 2 stores and wasted a good part of a day. She said ""we don't do that"" I asked if I could speak with the manager and she said ""I am the manager"" Took the card & called customer service. Honestly I was so angry I wanted to slap the crap out of her sassy mouth. I spoke to the 800 number and after being transfered 4 times and actually ready to cancel service the agent was trying to help. She actually called the store in Rancho where she got a shock because they were rude to her too. She claimed that she was doing an enternal claim that they were as I had said rude. I felt better knowing I was not the only person who felt that way She continued to try to asist me but I called the store that originally moved my texts annd she said she could do it but since it needed service that I could go to Glendale and so I called there and was informed that it would not be a problem that they could do this . I am angry that I wasted a day and gas and that I have to drive over 2 hours to get this resolved but I am going to Glendale they can do it ! I think Sprint owes me some $$ for my high blood pressure, gas , and time. I am sure I will never see that. The Ranch Cucamonga store should be closed as they are awful!
