We were in the middle of a heat wave in mid June and preparing for a weekend of 100+ degree days when my wife discovered that our current outdoor AC unit no longer worked. \r\n\r\nPanicked, we called Prescott at the recommendation of a neighbor and Judy was very attentive. Before just sending a technician out and charging us for the visit, she asked some questions that would allow us to troubleshoot and possibly solve the issue ourselves.\r\n\r\nFinding that these tips did not help, we readied ourselves to pay out the nose on a new replacement unit. Considering that our unit died on the hottest stretch of the year so far with more heat to come, we weren't in the best spot to comparison shop or to negotiate. When Chris, one of Prescott's technicians, arrived he did his best to rehabilitate the current unit instead of immediately selling us on a new unit.\r\n\r\nOnce Chris did his diagnostics and tried every trick in his hat, we did indeed need a new unit. Chris was sensitive to our budget and needs and did not oversell us on the unit. We received the unit that was best for our size home and our wallets. He had one in stock, installed it in a couple of hours, and cleaned up after himself.\r\n\r\nI am very happy with the service of Prescott, especially Judy and Chris and would recommend this company to anyone. They helped us dodge a bullet with the 104 degree day that followed its installation and it has been running efficiently so far..
