Domestic Auto Expers

This is a great business. I have owned several cars that needed various levels of repair. This is one of a very few places that I feel as if I am not being taken advantage of. I would not dream of taking my 2007 Chrysler 300 to any other place for repair or service except for perhaps the dealer.
They also offer the inexpensive $9 dollar auto rental service. This acknowledges the need to still get daily tasks completed while getting repairs done.
I always have a great experience discussing my repair options with the Damon Wayons look alike at this location.

I've been very happy with every experience I've had with the team at Domestic Auto Experts, from major to minor car needs. They always work me in to the schedule, offer a rental car should I need one, greet me with a smile and remember who I am, but most importantly, get the work done right the first time. I tell everyone I know, to take their car to DAE for service. I trust these guys.

I have used Domestic Auto Experts before. They did a repair on my wifes minivan. They replaced the water pump. They have a nice facility with clean bays and a nice waiting area.

I took my Impala recently for an inspection and let me just say that the service was the quickest, friendliest experiece I have ever had. As a former Navy vet I have had to travel to different parts of the US and had to have my car inspected in many states. Getting your car inspected can be a nightmare but at Domestic Auto it was a breeze. They even put up wih my 2 kids and offered me a drink. All in all it was a wonderful experience and would recommend this place for any auto needs.

I took my car for State inpection. I was greeted warmly and they were good professional. They did it in less time and also diagonised some other minor problem car had and informed me about the same.

I would recommned my friends for the same center.

I have been going to them for some time for oil changes. Their waiting room is always clean and the employees always helpful and courteous.I recently had my brakes done at the site (more of a major service) and was very happy with every part of the service. I felt like they were striving to do just the work that was necessary and to do it as quickly and efficiently as possible. I dropped the car off at lunch and was able to pick up before the end of the day. Definitely will continue to be a regular of this shop...

Recently, I needed a routine oil change and used coupons I had received in the mail to lead me to selecting Domestic Auto Experts to do the job. As a busy Mother of four children, it is difficult to squeeze in time for auto repair, nonetheless, I arrived with children in tow and were warmly greeted, sodas were offered, as well as we were able to watch the repairs through the windows from the lobby. When the repairs became more intensive and timely, the Domestic Auto staff offered us shuttle service to local shopping and restaurants. Later, we were given a rental car to use during the remainder of the repairs. Not only have we selected Domestic Auto Experts for our auto repairs but we highly recommend it to others who are seeking to build a relationship with a competent auto repair facility.

The service I have received from Domestic Auto has been AWESOME. The entire staff is very professional yet very personable and make you feel very comfortable. They answer all questions without giving you the "you should know this" attitude. I have referred several people to the Katy location as well as the Humble store. If the other stores are as nice as the Katy store, you guys should have a booming business by word of mouth only. Thanks for all you've done. Lori Woods

My name is Bobby Talbott and I have my company and personal vehicles repaired and serviced at Domestic Auto Experts exclusively. This morning, I had a flat tire that I was able to change in my driveway. As I did not want to drive too far without a spare, I called DAE in Tomball. Justin asked me if I could come in immediately and I did. Within 15 minutes of my arrival, my tire was repaired and put back on the car, my spare was put back in the trunk, and my car was waiting outside, engine running and ready to go.

Like most of us. I am a pretty busy guy and this is the kind of service that I have come to expect from you guys. Oh and by the way, I was not charged for the service.
