Haven Gallery and Fine Gifts

This is one of the best places in Texas to buy quality art. Customer service is absolutely great. We purchased several pieces from Haven Gallery and every time they tried to accommodate us, and link with the artists without being "pushy" . The owner is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend it!

Unbelievable glass and sculpture. The jewelry is spectacular and reasonably priced. Great location, plenty of parking and a great vibe with lots of fun contemporary but 'livable' art. The service is amazing and they will ship anywhere ~ makes gift 'shipping' seamless.

I recently happened upon Haven Gallery on West 6th as I was walking to Whole Foods. A large ceramic vase in the window caught my eye and even though I was pressed for time, I just had to peek in. I am really glad I did. I was impressed with the layout of the gallery and the variety of art pieces they carried. The gallery had a nice welcoming vibe and so many interesting pieces. I made note of several pieces that I loved and plan to do some of my holiday shopping this year at Haven. I really want to get some unique gifts and I think several of the art pieces here will make wonderful, unique presents. I think I might have to spluge on myself as well - there is a paitning that would look great in my bedroom! I definitely give Haven the thumbs up and plan to visit here often.

As a business owner myself, I have made a resolution to start writing reviews when I come across businesses that stand out and offer exceptional customer service. Without doubt, Haven fits this description.

I was strolling along West 6th and came upon Haven by chance. It is located where Pecan Square Emporium was for so many years (next to Sweetish Hill Bakery). Obviously, the owners had to do a major renovation to the space to make it the open, welcoming, and polished gallery it is now. The gallery itself has a wonderful feel to it and the artwork in many different mediums are so creative and unique (they have everything from blown glass, wood, ceramic, paintings and more). I have collected kaleidoscopes for years and I must say that Haven has one of the best kaleidoscope collections that I have seen.

I stopped by Haven one evening right before they closed to purchase a large painting for my husband's birthday which was the next day. We discovered the painting a few weeks before and my husband loved it so I thought it would be the perfect gift. As I was trying to put it in my car, I quickly realized that it was not going to fit. Mindi, the owner, offered to deliver it that evening to my home herself so my husband would have it the morning of his birthday. It was about an hour round-trip for her to my house and back. She did not charge any delivery fee and delivered the painting to my house that same evening. I was so appreciative and impressed - what great customer service!

I wish Haven much success and hope they become a permanent fixture in Austin's art scene.
