Exclusive Furniture

My husband and I purchased the rooms to go package from the Almeda Mall location, The salesman Mike was adamant on making the sale. We told him we would be back because we wanted to check out other stores, While we was in our vehicle Mike and another salesman came outside and offered us what we thought was a deal. The 14 pc living room set including accessories and the 5yr warranty. We was told the coffee table set would have to be ordered and it would take 2-wks. The sofa and loveseat was delivered the next day along with the lamps and a area rug that was not part of the deal that was made. The rug was sent back and we were told to go to the store and pick up the rug we wanted. When we get there the rug was not there but they tried to give us the floor sample we refused it and was told the new rug would be in the next day. Needless to say the rug was not there the next day either. Three days later finally we are told it's in and to go around back and pick it up. When we get to the back my husband asked the guy was it the floor sample and he was told no well when he wentt inside the showroom and sure enough it was the floor sample. After asking for our money back we was contacted by one of the owners and once again was promised we would get it the next day. Three days later we finally got the rug and our coffee table and of course the coffee was damaged after sending it back Exclusive Furniture LIED once again and said they was giving us a new table. IT WAS THE SAME TABLE they just put putty on it. Made another call to the owner and was told it would be another two weeks if I didn't want to keep that table it has been three weeks! AND STILL NO COFFEE TABLE. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE "WHERE LIES AND DISAPPOINTMENTS LIVE"

I went to Exclusive Furniture with my husband and my kids to buy furniture for our new house. I know they have other locations but we went to the North west Freeway location. We had been to other stores in the city but were not impressed at all especially the big ones. Exclusive Furniture had these 14 pcs living room packages that were great for good prices. The Sales staff was cordial. We bought a master bedroom set, a Simmons mattress set and a 14 pcs living room set. Every thing was delivered the next day on schedule and delivery staff was great. I highly recommend Exclusive Furniture to everyone who is looking for furniture

July 30, 2007 purchased a sofa and love seat as well as the 5 year warranty. The sofa was delivered damaged but we were assured by Exclusive Furniture that it would be repaired within the week. I have made numerous attempts to get the damage repaired to no avail. It is now Jan. 19, 2008 and nothing has been done to repair this item. I would not recommend buying anything from this business!

My husband and i bought a new bedroom set, and 6 theatre seats from exclusive My sales person was very help full and Knowledgeable about the pieces i was delivered the bedroom set and My seats the NEXT DAY! I even met the Owner they guy on the T.V. commercials he was also very kind. We are also thinking about purchasing a new living room set we will always do business with Exclusive 45!
