When I walked in, the first surprise was the environment. It was very dark and not pleasant at all. Second surprise came when I had to sign a waiver stating that staff is not responsible if anything goes wrong during treatment. I am not a frequent visitor of beauty salons but I don't trust such an establishment. Despite I had appointment, I was waiting for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, they announced me that the person that was supposed to take care of me didn't show up. They offered to re-schedule, of course, I wasn't interested at all after such an experience.
Whether it's with a student or a professional, the service and treatments are top notch and they carry an array of products for purchase. Definitely a great place to get some waxing, skin care or body treatments.
