Fuji Sushi

They are so wonderful in here. The food is amazing and very fresh tasting. They provide the best Japanese experience in here compared to other restaurants.

If you wanted good food at diner pricing, you'd look for a diner next to a gas station. If you want excellent sushi and surprisingly good wine at diner pricing, look for Fuji Sushi behind the gas station! It's not actually behind a gas

The sushi that they have at this place is really tasty and creative. I'm not much of a sushi person this restaurant definitely changed my perspective.

I know its in a strip mall, I know its hidden behind a gas station, but believe me it is the best, most inventive sushi around. give them a try.

Wow, What a great find! This isn't your typical sushi restaurant. The prices are so reasonable and they have so much variety it is my new goal to try everything on their menu. Everything I have had so far has been delicious. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant decore is very cozy. I recommend the SuperCrunch or try thier Spicy Scallop Handroll. They have really good Chicken Katsu too!
Go try Fuji Sushi. Will you not regret it!

You really owe it to yourself to try Fuji Sushi out. It is smallish and kind of hidden behind a gas station on route 1 south but they have some of the most imaginative and tasty sushi around. Try the Volcano Maki.
