We love the friendly service and great ice cream we get here! They serve everything icecream, from cones to floats to splits and dips, and they also have lemon and tangerine ice (my favorite!).
They have an area to eat inside, or you can sit outside on their porch. There's also a man-made pond in the back which is great for frog gazing in the summer months!

Read's is a true local ice cream shop. Mr. or Mrs. Read is typically behind the counter happy to serve you. If not, they seem to have a consistent staff. The ice cream is great and they have some fun flavors. Go, get an ice cream and sit and enjoy!
