Fixed my old furnace, I know I need to replace this old unit, When I buy I will buy from these guys, he explained what was wrong and had the part and it was done. The tech said if I wanted to they would allow me to take this repair bill as a discount against a new unit this year. Maybe when taxes come in.

We called to clean our 28-year-old gas furnace, as it had been acting erratically. They arrived promptly, did their work thoroughly but efficiently, and gave us a detailed explanation of what they had done. We couldn't be more satisfied!

Superior Service gave us an energy study and an comfort analysis and air conditioning controls in our home. They were right on and we expect to save a lot of money on our utility bills.

I had Ashton out to my rental property in Tulsa and he did a good job. When my system went down I called again and he was there the same day within a few hours. He was able to save me from having to buy a new system and fix my compressor. thanks again !

Superior Service has been the WORST service company I've worked with. They're coming out to my house for a third time to fix the same problem. And despite they're incompetence, they have no remorse and have offered no apologies. Also, Brianne the receptionist is heartless and unaccomodating.
Not only will I not use them anymore, but I've logged a formal complaint with my home warranty company.

We have American Home Sheild. Superior Service came out to fix our air-conditioner and ended up telling AHS that it was dirty and we never do maintenance (which isn't true). AHS ended up putting an exclusion on our unit. He was hoping he could fix it at our expense! That way he gets the money! We called our previous company that always maintained our unit and he called AHS and got the exclusion removed. This man is NOT an honest man nor the company!!! Stay far from Superior Service of Broken Arrow!!!!
