I had been having a lot of problems with my car battery, and they found it could be replaced under warranty. They could have not told me, and charged me, but they were really trying to help. They helped me get the most out of the warranty coverage. I was pleasantly surprised.

I came here attempting to trade in my truck for a new car. The vehicle has a considerable amount of negative equity but I was told by the salesperson that if I paid him to have the truck detailed he guaranteed that he could something out for me. I got it detailed and then was told that they could do nothing for me.

I went in, knew exactly what I was looking for, they had it for the price I wanted, we did the paperwork right then, I called my insurance agent, and my husband, and drove the car off the lot. The whole process took about thirty minutes. The sales staff was friendly and I purchased a car on my lunch hour. Talk about time saving!!
