After that, they offer you a professional contract with a decent estimate.
On the appointment day, the people who will be moving your items are professional, courteous, call when arriving in 15 minutes and extremely helpful.
No problems whatsoever.
Would definitely recommend.

All I can say is wow! From start to finish BR- Moving and Storage made my move a pleasant experience.Great service and great business practices. We were very happy with BR- moving services.

Everything went great until the day of the move. The day before I called Jenny to confirm the details and was told the movers would arrive at 2:00. I called several times between 2:20 & 3:45 & only then was I told that the movers have a 2 hour window to arrive. At 3:45 PM, after being told several times they were 20 minutes away, I spoke with the owner, Prosper, & informed him that I needed to get to the bank before 4:00 PM to withdraw money in order to pay the movers, he then told me that I could pay be credit card, of course with a service fee (he mentioned nothing about a service fee until we asked). Additionally, Prosper lied to my husband saying that I cancelled the movers & they wouldnt arrive, thus charging us a cancellation fee. Finally, the movers arrived (4 hours after they left their office). While reviewing the paperwork, I was asked to sign a document acknowledging receipt of a brochure that I had not received and they did not bring with him, which I refused.

Once they began moving items, things went very quickly; however, the movers did some minor damage to both my old house & new house, including denting walls while moving a bed frame & damaging our bedroom furniture. While carrying our headboard, one of the movers was chatting & walked into a wall, causing damage to the wall & headboard.

I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy working with a dishonest & disrespectful company. BBB speaks for itself!!

From the first phone call to the last moved box I am completely and fully satisfied with the professional service and attitude. I did not expect such a good service from a moving company because I've heard for so many terrible moving experience stories.
BR Movers went beyond my expectations. I've used movers before. BR Movers had everything taken care of - from the packing and the packing materials to the can transportation. Jenny explained me everything in advance, very good communication.
No damages or stolen items. All furniture packed very well. Definitely recommended by me!

I am very happy with the service I got from BR-movers.
I was very nerves about my move and was much relived to get all the information before i was moving.
Jenny was very helpful and informative.
I needed to change my date of move and was happy to hear that i can do it even almost at the last minuet.
I felt the company was really working with me in accommodating every need.

the best movers in dc area
I used BR - Movers for my move from DC to AR, I must say this company exceed my expectation in any way you may imagine they packed all my fragile items nothing was broke, all furniture arrived without a scratch, pick up and delivery on time.
I will use and recommend this company to anyone.
