Zaf Auto Repair

I had been having some problems starting my 2001 diesel Jetta and contacted Zaf's based on several reviews that I had read. They were able to see me right away, tested my battery (which wasn't the problem), then asked to test my car throughout the day. I had thought the problem to be my starter motor, but Abi (who manages Zaf's) said that he preferred to test to assure that they had the right problem. It turned out to be the fuel filter, which they replaced.

I was extremely pleased with the service, how polite they were, and the reasonable cost. They could have found "lots of problems" with my car, but they fixed what it needed without trying to upsell me on a bunch of other services. I strongly recommend them!

the owner is very knowledgeable and professional with his work. Workers are friendly and fast. Highly recommedate this team to anyone in the Herndon area!
