Wheat State Pizza has homeade crust that is fantastic. The employees are very friendly and you can actually watch the chef prepare your meal. It's a fun place to eat.

Wheat State Pizza is just a fun place to eat in town down Overland Park. We like to sit up at the bar and chit chat with the employees while they prepare our order. The crust is truly special and that is from someone who rarely cares for pizza. Wheat State sure changed my mind!

Wheat State Pizza makes good pizza, with the somewhat-sweet wheat crust being a pleasant alternative to chain pizzas. What really puts them over the top, however, is the homemade ice cream which they can also deliver with your pizza. The Maddy's Mud is great. Delivery and take out available.
