ARS review  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

They were on the ball getting to the house, but that is where it ended. I had to tell the tech what the problem with the system was, he provided no estimate as was promised & charged me 169$ for a 12$ part plus the service call. Contact with the company was dismissed by the receptionist. Learn as you go I guess, I hope this company sees the excess profit initially received as a plus, rather than loosing a customer & giving as much bad publicity as I can to my neighbors & friends.

Garbage Disposal...  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

We have a rental in Pflugerville TX and had them out to fix a garbage disposal lockup. $108!!! and it was not fixed. The thing that gets me is the tech told my tenants that I told him not to fix it!!! this is BS and a lie. I am still trying to figure out what $108 gets me. Has the cost of a house call gone up???
Sounds like bad business practices to me. This will be on BBB as well.

Very Disappointed  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I called ARS first thing Monday morning because my A/C was out at my place of business. They said they would come around 11:00am.
Never showed. Called back and was told they would be there before we closed. Never showed. They finally came the next morning but
needed to come back later that day to finish the diagnosis. Never showed. Now I am 2 days with no A/C for my business. I called and told them to forget it. Another repair agency was there within the hour.

Terrible dispatch, poor office help. Person on the phone seemed bored and was not helpful.

Dishonest employees Terrible!! BEWARE!!  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I want all to know how I was treated by this company and everyone with some sense should know that when I first called this company I got a fast quick response and boy did they work on me. First they went to the problem and came down to tell me I needed two water heaters now and I thought how can that be when all that was the problem was the pipe on the water heater busted and just needed a new one the water heater was not but 5 years old.........they continue to upset me and saying I had to decide Now!! being a woman doesn't mean i am stupid.........i called reliant and for a small amount of money it was fixed walla .that right just like that!! NOT ONLY WERE THEY WANTING OVER 9,000.00 PLUS FOR A 300.00 JOB...........THIS IS THAT BAD AND WILL BACK UP ANYTHING I SAY ON HIS PAGE..........DISHONEST TO THE MAX..............NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Bad Service, Dishonest Workers  2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

When we had a home warranty we had to use this company. They never really seemed to know what they were doing. However, I guess we were glutton for punishment. After it expired, we had a problem with our Air Conditioner and decided to call them. The worker tried to scare us into buying a brand new $7000 AC system. Ours was just 5 years old. The only thing wrong with it was it needed a new fan motor. Of course this all happened in the middle of summer in Texas. We had to have it fixed. They charge an exorbinant amount for the work, which only took 30 minutes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are many more reputable companies out there for you heating and air and plubming needs.
