      <title>1 Stars:  WARNING! Do not use, they are INCOMPETANT! (by C H.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;The incompetent ARS boob for my after hours service call phoned me from South Austin saying he had to wait for his wife to get home to watch the kids before he could come to my house.  How quaint. So when he arrived at my home two hours later, he was filthy to look at (clothes and dirty skin even though I was his first call after he hung out at his house for two hours) and his butt crack was showing.  He NEVER looked at my unit. He WADDLED out to my intake unit outside and kept calling someone on a cell phone while he eyed me over, really my jewelry very fixated on my jewelry, then told me I needed a whole new unit again folks, without even looking at my AC unit.  He had no Freon in his truck.  I paid a service call for nothing. He didnt even check my outside unit to see if I needed Freon. I know because I stood there the whole time.  I asked if he came back with Freon tomorrow would I pay for a service fee or would I just pay for the Freon. I had to ask this several times because he wouldnt give me an answer, just a lot of double talk.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Incompetent workers and horrible customer service (by DJ P.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;ARS incorrectly installed my brand new air conditioning and heating units. The installers admitted they were unfamiliar with the system and the worker who came out a year later for the yearly inspection said the entire system was installed incorrectly which caused our air to run contantly and never cool or heat well. Customer service is virtually non-existent, calls are not returned by the local and now the corporate office to rectify the problems the servicemen created. The company overcharged for the system as indicated by other dealers. I would never recommend ARS to anyone. Find another reputable company.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Dishonest employees Terrible!! BEWARE!! (by gina h.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I want all to know how I was treated by this company and everyone with some sense should know that when I first called this company I got a fast quick response and boy did they work on me. First they went to the problem and came down to tell me I needed two water heaters now and I thought how can that be when all that was the problem was the pipe on the water heater busted and just needed a new one the water heater was not but 5 years old.........they continue to upset me and saying I had to decide Now!! being a woman doesn't mean i am stupid.........i called reliant and for a small amount of money it was fixed walla .that right just like that!! NOT ONLY WERE THEY WANTING OVER 9,000.00 PLUS FOR A 300.00 JOB...........THIS IS THAT BAD AND WILL BACK UP ANYTHING I SAY ON HIS PAGE..........DISHONEST TO THE MAX..............NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Garbage Disposal... (by JPM T.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;We have a rental in Pflugerville TX and had them out to fix a garbage disposal lockup. $108!!! and it was not fixed. The thing that gets me is the tech told my tenants that I told him not to fix it!!! this is BS and a lie. I am still trying to figure out what $108 gets me. Has the cost of a house call gone up???
&lt;br /&gt;Sounds like bad business practices to me. This will be on BBB as well.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>2 Stars:  Bad Service, Dishonest Workers (by Kristen D.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;When we had a home warranty we had to use this company.  They never really seemed to know what they were doing.  However, I guess we were glutton for punishment.  After it expired, we had a problem with our Air Conditioner and decided to call them.  The worker tried to scare us into buying a brand new $7000 AC system.  Ours was just 5 years old.  The only thing wrong with it was it needed a new fan motor.  Of course this all happened in the middle of summer in Texas.  We had to have it fixed.  They charge an exorbinant amount for the work, which only took 30 minutes.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.  They are many more reputable companies out there for you heating and air and plubming needs.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
