Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep has BAD SERVICE: Maintenance & Customer Service
by Monique F.
This is the worst experience I have ever had....These people fixed what I brought the car in for, but when I picked it up, it sounded worst then it did when I originally brought it in. The Maintenance team, the Maintenance Manager , the Adviser, all the way up to the GM, basically called me a liar..were VERY unprofessional, stating that my car sounded like this when I brought it in...I have statements from a multiple of witnesses who will vouch that my car has NEVER sounded like this.

The Worst Body Shop Work in Vegas
by Bethany J.
DO NOT bring your car here for body work. They seem extremely inexperienced and uncaring. I brought my PT Cruiser here for body work and 1 1/2 months later they told me that it was ready to pick up. When I got there and saw my car I thought it was some kind of joke. The sides of the car that they had re-painted looked like the surface of the moon, they left a lump in the bumper which they had fully acknowledged that they knew about but still wanted me to accept, they forgot to paint parts of the trunk and forgot to put parts on my car that had fallen off in the accident. When I said that I wouldn't accept the car in this shape the man from the body shop told me, "Well, this was a re-do maam and you know, it's not a Mercedes." NICE. Long story short, I left the car there to fix the problems at hand and I was called 2 weeks later to pick up my car. I did accept the work at that time. So as I got on the freeway on my way home I noticed that my car was over-heating. I pulled off, opened the hood and noticed that I had no Prestone. My sister was following me and got me 2 one gallon bottles of Prestone. We proceeded to put both bottles in my car. I've spoken to 2 mechanics since who tell me that they believe that my car had been sabotaged by someone at the shop since Prestone cannot just disappear.
BOTTOM LINE: If you're looking for good service and a professional body shop DO NOT go to Jim Marsh Centennial

Car Buying Made Easy

Not only did they comparatively have the better prices amongst all the Jeep dealers in town according to my research I conducted online they didn't drive the sale down your throat. They were straight forward willing to work with you to make the right deal for you at terms that all could agree. Steve Broka was extremely professional, nice, and didn't play those games that I ran into in the other five dealers I had visited prior to this one. I would most sincerely recommend this for anyone looking to avoid the hassle that is usually involved in a car buying experience.

pay the tax twice!
by Jan P.
Careful about these guys - they present you with the price AFTER tax, then when you say it is too high they subtract a few grand, then subtract your trade in (valued VERY LOW) and then add the taxes and fees ONE more time. To think that they believe we are so stupid as to fall for that! be REAL careful about these guys!
PROS: absolutly NONE
CONS: EVERYTHING!

Service "Job One" at this dealership
by Michael O.
I live in Goldfield, Nevada where quality automobile service is only a dream. My transmission was stuck in low gear on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I contacted Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep. I loaded my Jeep on a flatbed truck and hauled it to Las Vegas for service. Jim Marsh himself, pushed me to the front of the line understanding my predicament. I found Jim Marsh to be a warm and caring businessman. His staff is highly trained and extremely courteous. I was up and running in under three hours. Three cheers for a dealership that cares.
PROS: Super service, comfortable lounge and great coffee
CONS: No negatives to date

I have taken my Jeep Liberty to Jim Marsh to be serviced (oil changes and such) for about two years now. They get it done when they say they will and they don't leave a mess in my Jeep!

If you need to have your Chrysler product serviced, look not further than Jim Marsh at Centennial. The service advisor manager, Bobette, is second to none!! She is why I have been a customer for 5 years!

I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. Although I ended up buying my Chrysler from another dealership, I would still recommend this location. We went in and told them we didn't have all day to haggle in the dealership. We told them the price we would like to pay, they had a guy work the numbers and told us the best price they could do, it wasn't good enough for us, and we left. We didn't have to go back and forth with numbers and different people coming out to haggle with us. The dealership is also very nice looking. The inside sort of reminds me of a lodge. The sales people are friendly without being pushy.
