I felt this company had my best interest the whole time. Gave me the loan I wanted and service I needed. My first time experience purchasing a home was fantastic! I recommend them to all.

I didn't have good credit at all and was kept in the dark by by a couple of other lenders. I was referred to David at Optionwide by my cousin. David told me that they were going to help me get cash in 28 days, but ended up finishing the whole transaction in 2 Weeks!!! I liked that he took the time to explain the programs to me and kept me updated along the way. I was lied to by the other lenders but David was very honest to me and he got my refinance done quicker then I expected. He worked really hard to get me the cash I wanted from my home.

PROS: I had some problems with my credit. They got my refinance done.
CONS: I am very happy with them.
