Amanda Parker has been my stylist for many years. She has a lot of experience and versatility. I have been through MANY different styles with her and she has done a fantastic job with all of them. My hair has always been noticed and admired. She is great and would recommend her to anyone!

I was in Atlanta for a couple days and a friend of mine took me to this salon not knowing what a overwhelmed experience was waiting for me. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable , they were pampering you in every other way. The smiles that greets you and magic hands that handles your hair and face makes this an absolute must go place! I had a facial for the first time and a hair cut. Along with my inexperience with facials treatments came lots of questions all answered by experience staff. I highly recommend shaeramore for all your spa needs, whether you need a haircut, massage or facial that's the place to go

I am so particular about my facials that I am super anxious when trying out a new spa. After reading all of the reviews from Shear Amore Salon & SPA, I had to try it. All of my nervousness went out the window as soon as I walked in the door. I felt so welcome and the staff was so knowledgeable that I was comfortable within just a few minutes. Ana was so wonderful during my facial that I decided to try the famous "brazilian wax" for my husband. Ana could tell I was nervous, so she made me as comfortable as possible to help me relax. Within a few minutes it was all over and it wasn't painful at all. I was so happy with the results (and so was my husband :)) that I am a customer for life.

This quaint salon offers the best personlized service I have ever received at a Salon/Spa. The day I went to the salon I was scheduled for a Brazilian wax and base color and highlights.
I have been waxing for over 15 years, and for the first time I have had a painless wax. Ladies, if you have ever had a bikini wax you know what I mean by painless...
Ask for Anna, she is very detail oriented and will make sure your service is done to perfection.
The colorist Liz D. is so exceptional that I will never get my hair done with anyone else.
Not to mention the place sells Bumble and Bumble products. My personal favorite!

Pros: Ambience, service & products the best.

Ana is extremely professional and has excellent technique. I was so scared to get this done, but Ana made me feel relaxed and the procedure did not hurt like I thought it would! I also had a spray tan and it looked like a real tan and stayed on over a week. I LOVE this salon - the best in Roswell!

This spa is the best place to go for Brazilian Wax and facials!! I will never go anywhere else. EXCELLENT customer service! I have never received this type of special care in any of the spas in Roswell. The results were OUTSTANDING!! I would highly recommend this spa!

Excellent salon. Liz did my cut and color and I love it. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to provide excellent service. All of the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. I also got a Brazillian wax which was great. I was very pleased with the service and I look forward to my next visit.

When I went to Shear Amore for the first time I was welcomed literally with "Open Arms." I had my highlights and haircut done by Elzabeth Dickerson and she is the best. I get so many complements on my hair and I cannot say enough great things about her and the salon. I highly recommend seeing Elizabeth I promise you will not be let down. She takes you through everything she is doing with your hair and really makes you feel comfortable. I will never go to anyone else!

This is a great salon where you get individualized attention in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and talented. I keep going back because I like what they do and they really care about your satisfaction (unusual for me since I'm known for being a salon hopper!). Try it!

Shear Amore is the best Salon I have been to and a 1st class facility. The staff is very friendly and professional. I thought I had the best for 14 years till Ana did her number on my hair and proved their products worked well beyond anything else I have used. Bumble and Bumble products are like no other I have tried. It brought my natural curl and left it very natural looking. It was full service and AAA+++ on everything and well worth the drive. You feel like a movie star from beginning to end.

It was easy to find. Afterwards, my daughter and I enjoyed a walk along a beautiful river path right next to the Salon. We will be back.

Review:

It was my very first time getting highlights. I was
always afraid to get highlights because I like the
natural look. I also have dark brown hair which makes
highlighting much for apparent so I always put it off.
When my birthday came along with a few white hairs I
decided to take the risk and giving Ana full authority
to color my hair. After it was finished I fell in love
with the dimensions she had created in my hair. They
accentuated my features, facial color and hair type. I
could not stop looking in the mirror. When I arrived to
work I kept noticing everybody's hair and realized that
Ana was a true professional. Every women in the office
wanted to get their hair highlighted by her. She's
truly a master at her profession and I feel comfortable
taking any risk with her. This is a rare thing for me
because I'm so attached to my hair and it's important
for me to make changes that look elegant, chic and
classy at the same time and she made me look a thousand
times better and younger. Thanks Ana Moura! I look forward to seeing you in 8 weeks!!!

After reading the reviews on citysearch I anticipated a pleasant experience, but what Ana was able to achieve with my hair was MORE THAN I IMAGINED! I have never felt so happy and attracted to my hair! Ana read my mind (color and style). I received so many compliments and looks that I went back the next day to pick up a gift certificate for a friend.

Beautiful Salon in a quaint area of Roswell. This salon uses quality products and Anna is always willing to give samples and show you how to use the products---with out the hard sell. I have always been pleased with any service at this salon. From facials to highlights I would recommend this Salon.

A couple years ago I decided to expand my pampering and have pedicures, but I'm so glad to have be doing my pedicures here. They are very friendly and the time spent is very relaxing. It is like a visit with a good friend and a great way to end my week - a haircut and then a visit here for my nails.

As a former NY editorial fashion model, I've extensively traveled. So, I've had good stylists and hair stylists work with my hair. As far as hair stylists are concerned, Ana of Shear Amore, is the demarcation line between great and FABULOUS!

Wonderful full service salon with great people, products and service!!! Ana has been my stylist for years and works wonders with both color & my ever changing cuts. I bring all my friends & family every time they visit Atlanta because they are never happy with anyone else. Shear Amore is THE place to go if you want exceptional skills, great service, high quality products and a relaxed comforatable environment.

I finally have a haircut that I really like and that is best for me! Ana is very talented and in my case, made a recommendation to grow out my hair. I could not be happier. The cut she gives me is up-to-date - the color is perfect for me. The atmosphere of the salon is relaxed and everyone is so friendly and warm. This salon has been Ana's dream, and she puts her heart in it - it's a special place.

I highly recommend this salon. The owner is amazing and I am the pickiest woman ever. I recently moved to ATL from Cleveland about 1 year ago and was stressing about leaving my hair dresser of over 5 yrs. I believe the owner of this salon is the BEST stylest and the most skilled hair dresser that I have encountered. You would be foolish not to check her out (and the prices are good for the quality!)

I highly recommend the salon! I received an incredible haircut and style. They worked with me to create a style that fit my hair type and my lifestyle. They also offered styling tips that really work. The staff is not only experienced and knowledgable but also very thoughtful!
