My wife and I found Clear Blue Realty, and we decided to give them a try. Honestly, we saw one of their signs and we liked the way it looked, so we gave them a call. We were so happy that we did. They helped us find a great house, got our offer accepted, and helped us with our financing. Basically, they handled the whole thing. They had our loan ready 2 weeks early, so we were very relaxed because we knew it would close no problem. We purchased a condo with another company over a year ago, and I can say that there really is no comparison. The service is great and the people are great.
I've already told everyone I know about them.
