The La Jolla Shores location is just as good as the Gaslamp locations. Same great food, same great staff. The only thing that makes this location a 4 star vs. a 5 star is that there are no inside seats. You order at the counter and then take your food to go. Their food is so good I want to tear into it as soon as they pass it over the counter so I hate having to wait until I get home to eat.

The Cheese Shop has a great selection of cheeses, sodas, and deli meats. The cheese is fresh and they even let you taste it before you buy it. The cheese shop always makes sure that every cheese is in stock for a good price.

The Cheee Shop is a small restaurant located conveniently near the beach. They have the most delicious sandwiches and have a wide selection of chips, candy, and sodas (which come in the old-fashioned bottles.) They also have the most delicious, authentic oatmeal cookie. Reasonably priced too.

If you are down in La Jolla Shores, you need to stop by this little hole in the wall deli. It's tiny and easy to miss so you have to keep your eyes open. The folks behind the counter are always super nice and easy going. They make big deli sandwiches and the prices are really good. You will really be impressed with the meat and cheese, it's delicious. They've got a zillion cheeses (of course) and you are always welcome to try them before buying. They've got fridges full of different drinks and chips/candy. A great little place to grab a bite to eat before or after the beach!

This is a specialty store. They have a lot of gourmet sodas. There are a lot of imported candies that are interesting to look at. The sandwiches I hear are very good. Customers are able to send in pictures of them in foreign countries and their photos will be posted on the wall. The store looks very humble and not flashy, which gives it a cozy feel.
