This is an unfortunate of Excellent doctors matched with the most inefficient front office. I had an ACL with Dr. Bell who is fantastic, very good listener and very smart and efficient. I am very pleased with the operation. But here comes the bad part. Its two weeks after surgery now and he had asked his staff to send out a physiotherapy note to my physiotherapist and the office staff is yet to deliver on that. You will have to push for the littlest of things. Office staff can completely engate the greatness and effictiveness of the doctors there. I would never go again there and try to see if I can get Dr. Bells help through some other office
