DataSmith did an awesome job helping me to get my data recovered. I handle critical tax and accounting files for my clients and when my Dell computer decided not to restart I was sure I would not be able to retrieve my client files. I called Dell and they gave me the limited support they could. I was referred to another data recovery company, but that company told me I would be better served by someone locally and he called DataSmith for me. DataSmith came out the next day and was able to recover all my client files and get my computer back up and running. The technician was such a pleasure and truly took time to explain things to me. I had pre-conceived thoughts that computer techs didn't really do anything for you, but charged you high prices. DataSmith proved me wrong in all ways. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants assistance from someone who will be honest and hard working for their client.

We hired Datasmith after an exhaustive attempt to fix our network which kept crashing. We hired three other companies with no success. I heard good things about Datasmith so I gave them a try. Datasmith found the problem in under 2 hours and had it fixed in less than three! And the bill was less than I expected. They are now the only name in my Rolodex under Computer Repair.

I have recommended Datasmith to all of my friends. Our computer got a virus and wouldn't work. I used Datasmith because they serviced our computers at work. I had to have my entire computer reformatted and I expected it to cost a lot more than it did. That was over 3 years ago and everything is still working great. I will definitely use them in the future. Their staff is extremely personable too!
