Warren Burke works with his son; they do handyman type chores and are very reliable, very friendly and honest, and prompt. Their first job for us was cutting up a 50' tree that had fallen on our property. We got a quote from a licensed & bonded tree service for $800. Mr. Burke offered to do it for $150 and did an excellent job, too.
However, that seems to have been a low intruductory price because his quotes since then have quite a bit higher (though still less than L&B contractors).
I would not use him for any dangerous work since he isn't licensed and bonded but for other stuff he's great. I especially appreciate the promptness.
