Use caution when taking a child to ABW. Yes, the staff is pleasant and welcoming, however the dr's there are quite alarmist and always quick to suggest drastic procedures with little reason. Our son had a 24 hour bug and it was taken care of with a dose of anti-biotics, pedialyte pops, and gatorade. One dr wanted him under observation and on IV at the hospital! He was home -treated and better on his own quickly. Our daughter spits up a lot and immediately they wanted an Upper GI performed. Her head was measured wrong at ABW and immediately they want to have a CT scan done, with no outward signs of problems. Both of these procedures would have exposed our child to needless trauma and radiation at 9 months old. While the dr's are kind and pleasant, please use caution and do not hesitate to get a second opinion if you feel you are being forced into something with little information. Not everything needs to be so dire and dramatic!

One of the doctors at this office always took care of my daughter as a premature baby. She is 9 now and he still sees her, he's a very good doctor. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming also.
