My buddy and I went to Vegas this last weekend and we had booked the $49 club hop special for Saturday night 10/24/09 with Club Viva Las Vegas. Now I've read some bad reviews, but decided to take my chances anyway considering the cover is $30 at most of the clubs anyway! I'm here to tell you that it was the best money I've EVER spent. These whining crybabies that write bad reviews are only the idiots that do not correspond with the host or are late altogether! Saturday night was one of the best nights of my life! Pictures from it, as well as comments from my new friends demanding that our party bus group (our "VEGAS PARTY BUS FAMILY" as we refer to it...) have a reunion VERY SOON are available on my Facebook profile if you're interested! Every single person in our group had the time of their lives! Our group consisted of 11 GOOD LOOKING early to mid 20's girls there for a bachelorette party, a couple of their guy friends along for the trip, my buddy and I, and a handful of other guys and gals. There were 47 total people that night that chose Club Viva Las Vegas as their host. We were split into two groups, those of us who chose to end our night with club Christian Audigier, and those who chose to end it at Pure (Caesar's Palace club). Shot's were served on the party bus between clubs...at no extra cost...try paying less than $10-$15 each at the clubs. There was no confusion and no disappointments! Our hostess Tiffany did a wonderful job, and was very professional, courteous, and friendly! We were treated as special guests at the clubs when we arrived with Club Viva! Your host will walk you up to the doorman/bouncer and they will let you in directly! Once inside, you will show your wristband to the cashier and they immediately wave you through. All of the bartenders were also very friendly and efficient! Bottom line...I would recommend the services of Club Viva Las Vegas to ANYONE who wants to experience a variety of the clubs in Vegas! They offer a wide range of hosting to pretty much any club in Vegas! wow, i usually would never write this but after dealing with this company i felt compelled to write about my group's terrible experience. I will make it simple and to the point, what do they provide?

nothing, the limo service is late, the bottle service in the limo is a joke (plastic bottle of smirnoff vodka with plastic cups!!), the hostess is nothing but a short skirted doorknob who gets you to the club, and then even though you have a reservation u still have to wait while she negotiates getting you in , i mean didnt we pay 170$ each for these services? to avoid lineups!! anyways, then the best part is that you have to leave the club by 2 am or else you get no lift back to your hotel. also, you have to arrange for your own dinner reservation which they are supposed to take care of in the price.

wanna party in vegas the right way?

go to the concierge desk in your hotel and ask him to hook you up with a reservation a the club, then tip him 50-100$, get a limo in front of the hotel 10$ a person tops and then go to where you have to go...the concierges have amazing connection to all the clubs and they will give you what you want.

this place is an insult and we spent over 1000$ cause we were such a big group and we are still wondering why we gave them our money.

During one of our last trips to Vegas we used Club Viva Las Vegas and we had the time of our lives We hit 3 major clubs and never had to wait in a line on a Saturday night. Our hostesses name was Kristine and she was amazing the way she kept us going, fun to party with and hot. This was our first time using this service and it was amazing. We have tried in the past to do table service on our own and we spend hours in lines (even for the vip lines) and allot more money. From now on we will use Club Viva Las Vegas and skip the lines and save the effort for the party.

Ms Chaisson's review of Wildside USA / Club Viva Las Vegas is factually incorrect.

Not on any occasion was the scheduled vehicle late and was in fact at the agreed meeting place at the agreed meeting time on both occasions. The Club Viva representative called Ms Chaisson a total of 18 times (over 2 seperate nights) in order to establish her whereabouts but she did not answer her phone. The Club Viva representative produced detailed telephone records to prove this but Ms Chaisson has consistently refused to comment on this.

Ms Chaisson brought her complaint before 3 different independant bodies: 1) Merchant Services Chargebacks 2) the Visa Appeals Board and 3) The Better Business Bureau. ALL 3 BODIES FOUND IN FAVOR OF WILDSIDE USA / CLUB VIVA LAS VEGAS and declined Ms Chaisson's request for a refund.

No offer of a refund was ever made to Ms Chaisson because Club Viva were not at fault.

I hired this company to provide Limo service for my 40th birthday weekend party and it was the worst service I have ever received from a professional business in my life.

The first night of service they kept me and 7 of my closest friends waiting for more than an hour. They explained that they were simply "overbooked". When we decided to take cabs to our destination instead our host offered us a HUGE discount on our final bill. But the second night of service was almost as bad as the first and 11 of us waited for more than 30 minutes for their shuttle after the Zumanity show.

And when the bill finally arrived, guess what? That's right, NO discount - none, zip. The Company claims that their host was never authorized to promise a discount so they are not obligated to give one(!) And my credit card company says that without anything in writing there is really nothing they can do.

I will obviously never use this service again and my friends and I are all amazed that they manage to stay in business. If you are looking for a limo service for your night out in Vegas, I suggest you look elsewhere. With so many other reputable businesses in the Vegas area there is no need to get taken for a "ride".

CONS: Horrible service, rude staff, exorbitant pricing
