Century Capitol Drive-In Theater

We love going to the drive ins in the summer - we put an air matress in the back of the truck, pack some chairs and the whole family heads out... We take friends along too and make it a great get together. Prices to get in are still really good compared to walk in theaters and you get two movies instead of one. The grounds are dirty but it is outside and the main building can use some serious upgrading but your not spending all your time in there. The bathroom is the biggest concern for me - who wants a dirty bathroom?! Lets clean it up people :)

This is my favorite way to enjoy a movie! It's relaxing, not restricting AND cheap. Me and my girlfriend go all the time because it's just so comfy. We like to build a little bed in the back of our car so it's like we're watching a movie at home..except there's fresh-air!
I reccomend it to all of my friends. If only there were more..

i love this theater......its the only one i go to.........eveybody should come to it its real nice to be in ur car......relaxed.......its really cool!!

Wow - what a kick back to the old days. I just love this place. Where else can you go to see a movie, sit in your car, talk if you want and bring your own snacks. We pack in some pillows and have a great time in the car. Yeah, sometimes the sound system is not great due to some train noise but I have to say, it is a real kick in the pants to go to the movies this way.
