It's located in Hell's Kitchen, but the feel of The Eatery is more like that of a downtown restaurant.. The decor is minimal and tasteful. The menu has offerings that lean toward the "nouvelle" but it also has entrees like burgers and macaroni and cheese! My favorite selection is the Asian chicken salad - a delicious combination of fresh and tangy flavors - and the crispy noodles make it something special. It's all about the crunch!

Great Brunch

We went to brunch here and it was very fun. The neighborhood isn't the prettiest, but the exterior and interior of Eatery were very respectable.
The prices were very reasonable, I believe ranging from 8 to 12 dollars.
The best part of the meal was the bread at the beginning. It was decidedly not your standard dinner roll. Apparently every day they bake a different "bread" to serve while you order. Ours was some kind of a banana bread with chocolate chips, it was delicious.

Great brunch place - could improve server knowledge!
by rwb7171
Loved the food, but not the service/reservation system!
We ordered poached eggs and French Toast, and the portions were huge! Prices were reasonable too, especially for a highly-rated, hip New York restaurant.
Made a reservation online wherein I was told 11:30 wasn't available but 11:00 was so we rushed to get there. Funnily, it was half-empty when we got there at 11:15. Not sure what to make of that.
My gripe with the service was the server's knowledge. I had specifically asked for no bananas in my French Toast, and the server said sure. Minutes later, my first bite of chocolate-stuffed French Toast, and there it was - banana! To make it worse, the server now said it was part of the pureed mixture inside so could not be removed. I doubt they came up the recipe since I had placed the order, so shouldn't the server have known that?
Pros: Good food, decent prices
Cons: Uninformed server, questionable reservation system

Great food
by winterdaisy
I really liked the food. Everything we ordered was good, from the barbeque flatbread appetizer to Mac & Jac. Food is VERY filling and has lots of cheese, so you might want to order a vegetable side, like sauteed spinach, to balance it out.
Pros: unique twist on food
Cons: waited 20 minutes although I had a reservation

tired of the treatment
by elmothree
Every time I went there with my children, we were stuffed into a back corner near the kitchen. My 2 daughters, aged 12 & 9, have been eating in fine restaurants their whole lives, in the U.S. & Europe & know how to behave. They don't need children's menus. So why are we automatically stuffed into a back corner 'away' from everybody??? I am sick of the staff at Eatery assuming my children are ill behaved. It's really too bad, because the girls request going there as they love the food, but I will not take them as I have been stuffed into that corner enough. Eatery had several chances.
But if you do go, please do yourself a favor & order the blueberry lemonade.
Pros: excellent food & drink
Cons: treated poorly

Hells Kitchen Gem
by sarahg212
My friends and I had a great dinner here. We are in our mid twenties and fit right in to the rest of the crowd. The menu is very unique and there is a wide variety of things to choose from (I was with two very picky eaters who were able to find something they'd eat). The ambiance is really cool and everything is reasonably priced. This was my second time and I'll definitely be back.
Pros: Great food, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices
Cons: Pay for each pop you drink, not unlimited refills

Perfect Venue for Sunday Brunch
by GourmandizerNYC
I had walked by ?E? at least 20 times before my niece and I finally decided to walk in. We were greeted by a friendly host and seated immediately. Within minutes, we were offered drinks, and the great service did not stop there. The food was excellent and reasonably priced (especially for a trendy, hip, NYC restaurant) and the menu, diverse. The wait staff knows the menu inside and out, and they were able to answer all my questions about their unique sauces. Never was my water glass empty, or was there an empty dish cluttering the table. Since my first visit, I have gone back several times. Sunday brunch is definitely my favorite (I would recommend that you get there early - word has definitely spread), but I also enjoy sitting at the cozy bar just for a cocktail.
Pros: Service, Food, Sunday Brunch
Cons: none that I can think of

Great place for brunch

One of the best choices in Hell's Kitchen for brunch. Not your usual menu selections. It tends to get a little noisy so make sure you get there early.
Pros: Interesting menu, nice decor
Cons: Long wait on weekends

nice place to impress a date
by miillaa
Really nice place to impress a date. Very classy . My friend and I had a lunch date. We were well taken care of by our server and the food was artistic and exquisite. My friend ordered the ravioli with salad and I ordered the chicken breast. Perfect everything perfect. I recommend this place for a special occasion, impress a date, or a business lunch.

Friendly service, best tuna I've had
by new2nyc77
Excellant food. I had the tuna special & my friend had a pasta dish with shrimp. Inside looked a bit trendy for me, but sitting outiside and people watching while dining was nice & quiet. The server was also very knowledgable & friendly.

Good food. Great staff.
by tattoocat
I just had my husband's 40th birthday party with 16 people at the Eatery, and I can't say enough nice things about the food and the staff. They made everything so easy. Planning and booking couldn't have been simpler and the staff (especially Marc the manager) made sure we felt welcome and taken care of the moment we walked in. It's one of the rare places in Manhattan that can serve you the best simple comfort food and mix a mean martini.
Pros: Great food. Friendly staff.

Brunch much less than expected!
by brunchie
Sunday was busy, but it still doesn't mean that when mistakes are made they shouldn't be corrected. In a party of 2, food coming out 15 minutes apart for each patron is absurd, especially when the staff reaction is "I'm sorry" while your friend's food gets stale and cold waiting for yours to be served! No free drink. No discounted meal. No coupon for next time to entice us to return. Just mediocre food with an expensive price tag that was served at two different times!
Definitely not worth the money! If you're really hungry and in the area with a bunch of money burning a whole in your pocket, go ahead, but I definitely don't recommend it as 1 of the top brunch places in the city, like someone supposedly did.

Wonderful service!
by JessAtl
I chose this restaurant after reading about its fantastic brunch, which is exactly what I wanted for my visitng family. Another great bonus is the divers brunch menu- anything from simple eggs and bacon, to a southwestern pulled pork tostada. The food was good, it was good atmosphere for conversation, and the service was some of the best I've had in New York (I'm a southerner, so my expectations are high!) We weren't rushed and the waitress was helpful in deciding among the many options.
Pros: Service, food

great food, not too crowded before our show!
by crsandoval
We recently ate here before going to a play (Gypsy at the St James) and the service was great, the restaurant wasn't too crowded (but it was full) and our food was great. We also had really good specialty Mojitos. I was really afraid we'd get stuck in the pre-show rush but it wasn't bad at all. We were even late for our reservation and it wasn't a problem... the host and hostess were both very nice.
Pros: yummy food, good service

Horrible, Unaccountable Service with no care to fix problems
by jimmyb99
I rarely, if ever, write restaurant reviews. But I have to say that Eatery NYC was without a doubt my worst restaurant experience in the past 2 years. We made a reservation, waited a few minutes, and were seated in a nice location. That was the highlight of the evening. The waiter took forever to acknowledge us, tried to push sparkling water on us, seemed annoyed that I asked for good ol' NYC tap water and then took a very long time to bring the water. 15-20 minutes later he graced us with his presence and allowed us to order. The appetizer never came. I asked him to check on it and he seemed annoyed again. While he was checking in the kitchen, the server brought our entrees. So, no calamari for us! The manager came over and apologized and said the kitchen "is having trouble tonight." OK everyone has a bad day, I understand that. But typically in a situation like that, the manager or waiter offers to comp a dessert or after-dinner drink...not so at Eatery NYC. Yes, the manager made a brief apology but that was the only acknowledgement of poor service throughout the night, not to mention that the tilapia I ordered was bland. I could have done better at a diner. I usually will give restaurants a second chance but not so here - the kitchen couldn't handle a tame Monday night crowd, the waiter was aloof and didn't seem to care, the bartender took forever to prepare a simple beer, and the manager realizes his staff is not performing yet does nothing to compense his patrons. I'm annoyed at myself that I still, after all this, left a 10% tip for the waiter. Avoid this restaurant.
Cons: Bad service, bland food, manager doesn't have a handle on his staff

Fun, Great Service, Awesome variety
by billylowe310
I work as a hairstylist in Beverly Hills and recently had work in NYC as a guest speaker for the beauty shows. I know nothing about NY, but I know that when Citysearch users believe in something, they are true and faithful about it. It's also how many of my clients find me. So I turned to Citysearch, looked up top restaurants or something like that, and watched the video on Eatery. The video hardly does it justice. The waiters are friendly, the atmosphers is cozy/comfy yet mod, and there's a nice selection of foods to choose from. The Chicken sandwich is to die for. I didn't feel rushed, the service was outstanding, and the hellos and good-byes fromt he host were as genuine as could be. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.
Billy Lowe, Beverly Hills.
Pros: Great atmosphere, friendly service, "at home feel",
Cons: none that I can think of.

Great Food, Good Service
by radamady
We went to Eatery late on a Saturday night which is traditionally a time when food and service slip in most restaurants. Eatery certainly bucked this trend. The menu is imaginitive but not pretentious and the prices are more than reasonable. I've never paid less for such a tasty mojito. My date's pork entree was a bit dry, but my short rib was incredible. It was paired perfectly with the accompanying greens and mashed. Dessert was decadent and worth sharing. The service was very freindly but still professional. We were in good hands. I am already looking forward to going back.
Pros: Tasty food, nice ambience, impressive date place, awesome value
Cons: none to think of.

Delicious; Great for a Group and perfect after Broadway
by krob0625
I planned a birthday party for 17 people at the Eatery following a show on Broadway and was so happy with how everything turned out. The service was very attentive, and there was plenty of delicious and unique food to go around. Our server was always close by to see if we needed anything, and we never felt rushed. We also had one person in the group in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating to that as well. The prixe fix option made it easy on the group too -- we got a selection of appetizers, everyone could choose their own main dish, and really impressive (and delicious) dessert platters. Because I was planning the dinner for a bunch of out-of-towners, I wanted cuisine that was contemporary and interesting, but not too ?out-there? ? Eatery fit the bill perfectly. Everyone loved it and had a great time! If I lived in New York I would go back on a weekly basis!
Pros: Great foood, great service, prixe fix option for groups
Cons: No private dining room for groups (but other than that it's perfect!)

Friendly, Delicious, and Consistant!
by crisd
I just visited Eatery for lunch. Since I was alone I chose to sit at the bar. The bartenders are always nice and welcoming and I never feel alone. I ate the Southwestern Chicken Panini. Oh so good! I just love the combination of flavors. It has this delicious cilantro pesto on the chicken, pleasingly tart slices of tomatillos & melted pepper jack that is not spicy at all. The fries were hot, crisp and perfectly salted. I love when the bartender is right there when I finish my drink to ask if I want more because I drink at least 4 glasses of some beverage when I eat. Eatery just has it right. I live in Astoria, but when I'm in midtown that's my place to eat. Oh and if your looking for an awesome brunch spot that does it right you have to go to Eatery. They are very busy during brunch around noon so try to go earlier but if you can't be patient -good things do come to those who wait!
Pros: very close to train stops, affordable parking lots available 1 and 2 blocks away, service, excellent quality food, consistant
Cons: NONE

Eat, Drink and Be Merry @ Eatery
by mellengirl
My friends always tell me what a picky eater i am. i'd like to think i'm not picky so much as i am particular. so when eatery was recommended, i thought hmm! let's just say that hmmm, turned into a wow. i can't get enough of the place. i've been back 3x in as many weeks. The first time, i ordered the house made ravioli - the combination of flavors is mouthwatering - the ravioli stuffed with chix, eggplant in a sage butter sauce - omg!! for dessert i had the vanilla bean cheesecake - 3 words, A-MA-ZING. my friend and i sat outside, we had the nicest server (in a ny restaurant? i know). also the drinks are phenomenal. i drank the ruby sipper - grapefruit something or other that i've spent the past 3 wks trying to recreate at home, that's ok tho, i'll just keep going back...all in all 2 thumbs up only b/c i don't have three. eatery: eat drink and be merry
Pros: drinks, food, service
Cons: what?

I've been eating at Eatery for a while now and you can always count on the great food. I am a restaurant manager and one thing I always look for is service. Since I have been eating here, a lot of faces have come and gone and you can really notice the difference. The staff there now is exceptional. They are more attentive and really strive to give you the best dining experience. If you are like me and really enjoy good service you should definitely eat here and if you had a bad experience I would urge you to go back. TRUST ME you won't be sorry!

The decor was tastefully simple and dimly lit with candles on the tables. Servcie was great and very friendly!!! We were there around 11 pm, the place was not crowded but not empty. Nice to go for late night snack,s and drinks, but the food looks great too. We will go back to try some of that soon!!
Pros: food and service were great

Great food, great atmosphere, one of the best places in town
by tmancusi
Definitely get the asian chicken salad and the mac and cheese. They're both to die for. I would go to eatery up to 3 times per week. The food, the drink, the people, it's all top notch.
It's an especially great place for dates or starting a night out on the town. If you haven't been there, definitely try it.
Pros: The food and service and ambiance
Cons: It's a bit pricey at times

Better than I had hoped for!
by eellebanna
My best girlfriend and I were looking for someplace to have dessert and drinks, and we spent a little time on citysearch and stumbled on the eatery. We decided to try it out. From the very beginning-making reservations-I had a great experience. The woman who took my reservations was super friendly and helpful. I got there late (stupid A train) but we were still seated right away, the host was a sweet guy, sat us at a great table outside. Our waiter was great, always there when we needed him, but never hovering or bothersome. The drinks! Oh, the drinks. I had a ruby sipper, which may have been the most delicious cocktail I've ever had. The dessert, chocolate banana spring rolls, delicious and creative. We ended up staying until the place closed, it was such a great time.
Pros: Everything, but especially the service.
Cons: That we couldn't have stayed later.

Finally!
by pjohnnyc
After being recommended by many of my friends, I finally decided to check this place out. It was a tuesday night me and a friend showed up around 8:30 and the place was already rocking. We were greeted by a young host and a smile. We didn't make any reservations so we had to wait for a table and went to the bar for a drink. We both had the cranapple martini that the bartender recommended and it was delicious. We waited about 10 minutes for the host to let us know that our table was ready. Our waitress was very helpful with the chef's special with a very detailed description. For starters, we shared the asian salad that was recommended by friends. It was full of flavors , espacially the sweet chili vinaigrette,i loved it. I then had the red curry chicken and my friend had the tequilla shrimp. We both agreed on how good evrything was.
From experience of going to a very busy place like this, I was a little worried about the usual problems you encounter, like the long wait for the food or the food being cold or over cooked..none of that there....i would recommend this place the same way it was recommended to me. I'll definitly eat there again.
Pros: place you can recommend with confidence
Cons: the free prawn chips (because i couldn't find nothing else to say)

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR APPETITE!!!!
by cutie2407
I have been two eatery twice. The first time was a disaster. We were seated ok but there were about four hostesess and they were more involved in their conversation then in being welcoming. We are then seated on top of another party literally. We accepted that since it was busy and a friday night. Then we go to order our drinks and the waiter was sloowwww to come by. While we are waiting another waiter spills our neighboors drinks on my sister! Bad enough that happened he didn't apologize and he didn't offer any assistance if to show her to the bathroom to clean off! This was a friday night at 8 and we were dressed and ready to go out. Upset we left. Many months later i tried here again. Thinking maybe we just had a off night. Me and my boyfriend go there for lunch. Again the hostess was barely even needed and minimally hospital (like they were to good to even be there) We sit outside since it was a nice day. I go to put my elbows on the table and it was DISGUSTING! I rubbed my napkin over it to see if i could give it a quick rub down and it literally TURNED BLACK! GROSS! we order, my boyfriends food was decent and i ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was slopped on and cold and barely cooked! terrible really! I mean really you get better serivce and food at a dozen places only a block down from this place at half the price, so not worth the time!
Pros: there are none
Cons: to many to list

BEST PLACE TO EAT!!!!
by kiki1234
My sister recommended this place to me, as well as researching it on here on Citysearch and I must say the reviews do not do justice for the exquisite atmosphere, prompt and friendly serivice and excelllent mouth watering cuisine. We came on a busy Friday night with no reservations, after ordering a drink at the bar, we were seated within 15 minutes. Everyone there was so friendly and attentive to our needs. They served fabulous belini martinis and sangria. Out of this world!!!! The appetizers were quite delicious, we order savory crab cakes (extremely meaty and tatsy) as well as calamari. The staff was very attentive to our needs esp during an extremely busy night which we very much appreciated. My dinner was simply out of this world~I cannot say enough. I ordered the hanger steak (medium rare) with cheese fondue, potatoes and asaparugus. There was no left overs bc the food was so delicitable. It was light and flavorful. The cheese fondue added so much flavor to the already delicious steak. I was simply stuffed when I left but the atmosphere was fun and friendly and I will def be visiting again. Maybe even tonight
Pros: DELICIOUS DRINKS & FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE, STAFF
Cons: MIGHT NEED A RESERVATION ON A BUSY NIGHT IF U HAVE MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE

Most inventive menu
by marcdan
First of all, when you are greeted at the door, you are warmly welcomed. The staff is all smiles and are knowledgable and caring. I went twice with people with serious allergys. The staff and Chef could not have been more accomodating.
Every meal I have had (I've been there 4-5 times) has been very good. The last two meals I had were absosolutely fantastic. The people I gone with all enjoyed it as well - big time. As a Chef, I can tell you the menu is full of surprise combinations that are inventive and that really work. I can also tell you I felt that I learned something by how creative the Chef is. They work well with a sophisticated palate and even with a simpler palate. That's one of the keys to why this place works. As fun as the menu items look, it is all backed up on the plate. Some places are a bit too inventive for their own good, and miss the mark. Here, their aim is true. I highly reccomment the Pork Loin. It is perfect. The banana salsa it comes with had me dreaming about it for weeks, until I returned for more. The mole sauce is the best I have ever had (comes as part of wild mushroom empanada). In fact, what I learned was that I never really had a good mole sauce. It's a ssssssexy sauce. I'm telling you. Take some home and try it on someone. ;)
I've gone with family and with dates. Even with kids. The bottom line is the food is fun, accessable yet sophisticated, inventive and will put a smile on your face, without damaging your wallet. The environment is bustling and jovial. The staff makes you feel special. I already have another reservation.
Pros: Incredibly creative menu and great staff
Cons: none

young, viby place that rocks!
by selinawaters
Had dinner at Eatery last night. I searched around on citysearch for a fun, lively place around hells kitchen and found exactly what I was looking for in service and food. We sat outside and made the most of a cool night, had quite a few of the pear sorbet martinis "wow!", mac and jack and apple marinated pork tenderloin. Can't explain how good it was...it just was! Attentive, friendly service also, we will most definitely be back again!
Pros: food, service, killer cocktails
Cons: none

Some local friends of ours recomended Eatery to us and we thought this one of our highlights of our stay. I had an amazing martini with Pear Sorbet and Pommegranate Vodka, really, really good. I also had a Black Tea Crusted Salmon Salad..also delicious. Anyway, our waitress was so helpful and was very entertaining. Definitely worth a visit!
Pros: Food and Service
Cons: a little loud

Not worth it
by lizbazos
I've been here twice now for lunch meetings and both times I've been dissapointed. First time I went I ordered the Adobe salad- pretty basic. Anyway, the salad was good but the dressings (I mean all of them) are HORRIBLE. I think between myself and my co-worker we had ordered every type they had and finally gave up and ate salad without dressing. The second time I went I ordered the pasta of the day... I though this was a no-brainer. The pasta sauce was basically made with a bottle of oil. Gross. Also, the waiter we had to day was surley, slow and seemed to just hate life in general. The one good thing is their famous Mac n' Cheese...it is truely great. other than that, I say avoid it!
Pros: mac n' cheese
Cons: everything else

lousy service, mediocre food
by barb3418
my friend from out of town and i ate here one nite in march 2007. the place was crowded, but not packed. we ate at around 8pm and our waitress treated us like we had just come in before closing. we felt hurried every step of the way. my friend's plate was almost finished and i was still eating, when the waitress came over and took her plate. anyone in the industry knows you do not clear a table if someone is not finished at that table. our appetizer came out and minutes later so did our entree. another no-no. she just seemed completely untrained and unphased. we had the tuna which was mediocre and a salad. deciding to give the eatery another try, i came here a second time. we wanted to sit outside but the waiter rudely told us they were closing soon and hustled us away. ok i get the message. i live in the neighborhood and wont return.
Cons: bad attitudes with some staff

Hip-cool, good food
by grizman23
Eating at Eatery makes you feel like your dining at some place cool and hip. The ascetic of it all is very much what one would expect to see in a movie, where the cool set decide to catch a bite while drinking something colorful. The combination of bright white walls, matched with dim lighting, and fashionable tables, creates a mod feel. The food is good and reasonable priced. Try the seared tuna or the meatloaf. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is fun. Eatery is the kind of place to take your 20 something-yrld friends to eat before hitting a show or hitting the town.
Pros: food, atmosphere

Excellent brunch
by jessdanyelle
Eatery was a little out of the way for my husband and I during our latest NYC trip but we braved the cold weather to try this place out anyway. We had read good reviews about the restaurant and wanted to try it out for ourselves. The decor is very clean, modern design. We started our meal with mimosas that were good and exactly what we expected. The food was excellent. I had the special french toast that day, which was the best I had ever had. It was served with a small scoop of praline ice cream and was to die for! My husband opted for a burger and was not disappointed. i did try one of his french fries and they were very good. The restaurant was not very busy when we arrived around 10am on Sunday but it had started to fill when we left. We made reservations but they were not really necessary. Our waitress was attentive and quick to refill our coffee. After eating, we went to MoMA, which was not too far from the restaurant.
Pros: Service, Decor, Food

Excellent Easter Brunch

My wife and I make regular trips to New York City and have over the years tried many of the Brunch crowd restaurants and hotels and seem to find the same old same old.We read about the eatery in Zagat's and City Search. We hadn't made reservations even though it was Easter Sunday. We were seated within 5 minutes.
We were very pleased with this brunch. The restaurant is bright clean and somewhat sparse in decor. The service is excellent our waiter was extremely helpful.
My brother and I tried the E-Benne on the Maine Crab cake ,mouth watering indeed. My wife had the Sirloin Burger with fires and said it was as good as any burger she has ever had in New York. My sister in law had the Pulled Pork Tostada. All were served promptly and were very tasty and fresh.
We thought we would indulge in dessert. We ordered the E-Wich an incredilble choclate brownie tower of brownies with chocalte fudge sauce and caramel in the middle with a generous dollop of vanilla ice cream. You canot eat this dish by yourself.!..its meant for sharing.
As an interesting opening touch we were served a banana cake tart which was again very good.
This eatery has great food, great prices and excellent service. A real Sunday Brunch find!!
Pros: Great food ,great service and real value
Cons: a little noisy

Eatery is a great place for Bruch. I frequently have Sunday brunches here with both friends and family and the Eggs Benedict is to die for!!! The menu has a great variety and the food is excellent. The staff was very attentive to detail and I would highly recommend Eatery to anyone wanting to have a casual brunch. This restaurant is so popular and definitely worth checking out!

Great Place to Eat
by hagosrush
I went to the eatery and it was not what I expected it to be. I expected a huge restaurant with kinda sorta good atmosphere. What I got was a cozy little place that takes you to another place. I was there for the brunch and all I have to say was WOW! The wait staff is unbelieveably thorough. I ordered water to go along with my meal, the waitress poured the water for me and then kept topping my glass every 5 to 10 minutes or so. I ordered the steak and eggs. I really did not expect much from the steak but OMG, the steak was tender to the touch, extremely juicy and flavourful. Finally a place that cooks with those things they call spices (NOT SALT & PEPPER PEOPLE), medium rare cooked to perfection. This restaurant exceeded my expectations. I would DEFINITELY recommend this restaurant to anyone with a family or even that special someone. My next trip is dinner. I really am looking forward to it. Ciao for now!
Pros: Excellent food and wait staff!
Cons: Ambience of place could use some work, a bit blah if you ask

went there last night and found that the service was great. entrees were reasonably priced and just enough to get you full. the deserts were great too. it was a cozy place to have a relaxed date. the hours were very convenient too as even though it was still busy, we were able to walk right in and get a table immediately. they'll be seeing me again
Pros: variety of food, service, price

Mmmmmacaroni...

This is my favorite place to take guests visiting Manhattan who want to eat at Applebee's or TGI Friday's. Eatery feels very New York to them and the menu isn't too intimidating. Every time I've gone, I've found something new that I enjoyed off the menu, but the service has rarely been impressive.
Pros: menu
Cons: nowhere to stand or sit during wait for table

Worst service- no contest.

My coworker ordered food for our department from the EATERY....for the second time....and they managed to completely mess up the order...for the second time. When she called to let them know, the guy who answered the phone was rude to her. Why in the world would you be rude to a customer when it is your establishment's fault that they couldn't get an order right?
All I wanted was their Organic Baby Spinach Salad with golden beats, roasted shallots, granny smith apples, saga blue cheese and almond vinigarette. What did I get? Mixed greens with a half of a cherry tomatoe and a tasteless dressing. I spent $10 for rabbit food and no customer service! Very very very disappointing.
Pros: None I can speak of
Cons: Late delivery, wrong orders, rude service
