Lucky Dog Outfitters

I absoulutely love this store! They have always been helpful for finding toys for my little toy destroyer. They introduced me to a brand of toys that are rated for strength against determined chewers. We have descovered that I needed toys stronger than a five, now we buy an eight.

They also are great when it comes to finding sweaters and rain gear that fit the dogs. I can bring them in and have them try them on at the store or take them home try them on and if it doesn't fit I can bring it back and exchange.

Tey have such wonderful selection and I love the butique feel compared to the big chain strores. I also love the proximity to a pet grooer next door. It is my one stop shop for all my puppy needs!

We took our new puppy to the store with no idea what to expect. We're first time pet owners and the staff was very helpful. They took the time to show us around the store and give us pointers on what to give our puppy for food and treats and what might not be the best option. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the products they carried in the store. They gave us sample bags of puppy food and said to come back for more samples if our puppy didn't like them. They also gave us a free chew treat which our pup really liked! I felt that they were reasonably priced and had a lot of choices for collars, toys and treats that I did not find at major pet stores. I would recommend other pet lovers to go to Lucky Dog Outfitters. I plan on doing all my doggie shopping at their store. Great place, great people!

My dogs, cats and I love this store!!!!! The dogs always have a great time going to Lucky Dog. And I always get valuable advice and information from their knowledgeable, friendly staff. They have high quality food and supplies. I have never had a problem returning anything- even treats my dogs wouldn't eat! For my furry family members I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I love lucky dog, the staff there is always helpful and pleasant. When I was searching for durable toys for my dog with a chewing obsession, they were upfront about which products would work best, and didn't just lead me to the most expensive one. They also remembered me the next time, and asked how the toy worked out (it's nice to be recognized, even if it's something simple.) When my dog developed allergies to his food, the staff at lucky dog gave me a ton of free samples to find a food that would work for him. They also helped me find some things to make his sores feel a bit better, and a weekly regimen to help it heal. When all of the information came in too fast, the girl at the counter actually wrote it down for me, and recommended a good vet in my area. I would absolutely tell people to go to lucky dog for food, toys, and just about anything else!

Great Service. They help with good treats, toys, food, and breath deodoriser and much more... They have friendly staff that is very helpful. There couldn't be a better store like it.

I love this store. My dogs love this store. The staff is very helpful. They have helped me a ton trying to find a food that worked for my dog with allergies and my cat with urine crystals. They are always friendly.

Lucky Dog Outfitters is my absolute favorite store for everything my dogs need and/or want! I go there for their food, their toys, their treats, their collars, and even an occassional great shirt or hat for me. Their staff is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and always, always, always ready to answer any question I have. The owner is a gem. She works so hard and cares so deeply about dogs and their well-being. If you are a true dog-person, this is your place! I strongly urge you to visit Lucky Dog Outfitters! This quality is what you get from someone doing what they are passionate about. I ran into two woman while I was walking my dog at the Tacoma waterfront and they suggested I take a look at this store. They said I wouldn't be disappointed. This store is WONDERFUL! Very nice and helpful people and a huge variety of unique items. Because we have an Australian Cattle Dog, one of the ladies there recommended we look into a place in Roy that offers city dogs like ours the opportunity to herd livestock just for the fun of it. She gave us the contact information before we left the store. It's not often you get personalized service like that. Take your pet for a ride sometime and check out this cute place. You will love it and your dog will undoubtedly find something to take home!

I would hight recommend this store. It is so much fun to go in, and shop for my dogs. I love the treats, and so does Baxter! I also love the candles that are a odor eliminator. They really work!

You have to try the treats, and candles for sure!!!

My bulldog and I LOVE this store. They are always friendly and helpful, they offer samples on food if your interested. They also track your food and make sure there is a bag on hand for you and when you buy 12 you get one free. That is a excellent deal. I HIGHLY recommend this store to pet owners!!

to the person unhappy with the return policy- most smaller pet stores will not take returns as many manufacturers of animal supplies don't offer credit for returned or defective merchandise unless it comes directly from the consumer. this is mostly for health purposes. if you have something that breaks (a kennel, for example), get in touch directly with the manufacturer- they will oftentimes give you a replacement product.

as for Lucky Dog Outfitters, i found the store to be wonderful and cram-packed full of a variety of fun things. the staff has always been super nice and more than willing to make my shopping experience a positive one. oh, and my dog loves the place, too (i think that's mostly because they freely hand out the treats!) i drive from seattle to visit Lucky Dog, and the trip is more than worth it.

They have the friendliest employees who always love to greet my dog Sassy and give her a few treats. I have always had great experiences with this store and would recommend it to anyone who loves their friendly companion!

I would avoid buying anything major here, as the kennel i bought broke in 2 days and they refused to take it back. It was over $100 and i would expect that if such an item does not work out, that one would be able to return it. Because of this, i wouldn't buy anything big there again since they don't have a favorable return policy.

They do have a lot of interesting little things, treats, collars, etc that are worth looking at, but I will still take my business elsewhere.

PROS: Unusual Items, lots of organic treats
CONS: Unacceptable customer service
