I really think Dr. Adams has lost it. Funny that the last two reviews seemed to pick up on this decline as well. And I also agree that his staff is rude! I think it might be time for our family to leave his practice! But both Dr. Au (ortho) and Dr. Samudio are FAR more pleasant and professional. It's a shame, we used to think highly of Dr. Adams, but we are no longer impressed by any means. Something is definitely missing.... we are long time patients, but he hardly seems to care about his patients any more and his staff does seem terrified of him.

My 3 children have seen Dr. Adams for the last 7 years. I have to agree that in the last 4 years I have been very disappointed with the scheduling and office staff. Appointments that are made 6 months in advance have continually been rescheduled at the last moment. The staff seems eager to encourage you to reschedule with Dr. Samudio or Dr. Au which I find very telling. The receptionist is not friendly and has been borderline rude on more than one occasion. The treatment has been fine but there always seems to be a lot of tension in the air while you are sitting for treatment. I get the feeling that Dr. Adams runs a tight ship and his employees are not all that happy to be there. There are no smiles from the hygenists and little lighthearted chitchat with the kids. I will be moving on to a more friendly office.

Both of my kids have been with Dr Adams for many years. In the beginning, the services had been great but lately in the past few appointments, I found that the staff services started to deteriorate to unacceptable. First, when they were cleaning my daughter's teeth, they cut her gum that later developed infection. Second, the filling Dr Adams did fell off a week later. And I also found that maybe, their business was too good and the front-desk staff weren't that as respectful and polite as before.

Provides overall dentistry for children including extractions, regular check ups, oral surgery and orthodontics. Great staff that is friendly and professional.
