Used My limo Limousine several times in the past. Had a flight change due to a family emergency and attempted to contact Kevin. Never picked up his cell phone and his voicemail was "full". I text messaged my flight change information 12 hours before arrival, as it was my last resort of communication indicating the urgency of the change and received a message in response- "I am booked". No apologies, no attempt to use other resources to pick me up. Left me at the airport stranded. Unprofessional and would urge you not to use this service.

For my father's funeral, I needed a limo for my widowed mother. Kevin arrived and took care of us like we were family in our greatest time of need. He arrived early in a beautifully maintained vehicle that showed me that he takes care of his clientele by making them look great in his vehicle. I would and do recommend his professionalism without hesitation.
