I bought a used laptop from Ashton and Josh for my Dad and I am very satisfied with everything with my University PC Care experience! They also repaired my wife's desktop computer and got it running again really fast and really cheap! Ashton and Josh are great guys and are just so down to Earth. I would highly recommend University PC Care!

I am big on customer service. In my mind, I pay for that along w/ the actual service. So when I hired University PC Care to fix my computer; it meant so much that they were not only prompt & knowledgeable, but also courteous. Thanks University PC Care!!!

University PC Care is the real deal. These guys know their business and their rates are some of the lowest around. As a computer systems analyst myself, I was getting many calls from friends, neighbors and associates. I use to help a lot of these people because of high rates and/or less than good customer service some local computer companies offered. But I already had a full time computer systems job and didn't need another. I became acquainted with one of UPCC's owners as our technical paths crossed. His knowledge and concern for customer impressed me. Now when I get those calls asking for help, I give them the number to University PC Care without a second thought.

University PC Care is very responsive to customer needs. Very infomative and product knowledgable.
Goes the extra mile for their customers ! Can highly recommend and will use in the future.

When my pc needed updating and minor repair, I was advised that I would be putting money into my computer than it would cost to purchase a new one. With Ashton's guidance, I ordered a new laptop from University PC Care. I have exactly what I need, no more, no less. They have even troubleshooted for me over the phone. I just saw those reviews when I was trying to look up the address for University PC Care's new location. I have been using this company for 2 years. Their techs have been to my house several times to hook things up, get spyware off, etc... They have always been very prompt and polite. They suggested that I get a new hard drive but tried other options first to try to save me money. Any questions I've ever had were anwered on a level I could understand. I am very computer illiterate and they always help me understand what is wrong and tell me how to fix it myself if it happens again so I don't have to spend more money. I hate it that there are people out there that want to try to ruin the image of this company because they are a great small business

Definitely use this computer repair service if ever in need. These guys know what they are doing. Not only do they do a great job, but they are very quick with getting it back to you. If you are like me, your computer is very vital to you so having it back quickly is a major plus! Also the cost of their service is a great deal lower than what almost all other places in greenville charge.
