I love my Audi but I hate the small things that go wrong with my car. Before taking a road trip I droped off my car at A&M. They fixed all the Items I wanted them to fix and also repaired some of the little things they noticed at no charge. I even offered to pay for some of the stuff but they insisted in taking care of me. I am very happy with the service. My car runs great and my Service Guy was awesome. They really know how to fix Audi and VW product. I also heard another guy in the waiting room raving how good the service is her. I think I found a good place for servicing my vehicle.

11 year old Jetta started hesitating. They charge you an inspection fee even if you have them do the repairs. Inspection showed that I need to replace fuel filter, clean injectors, replace plugs, wires, cap/rotor, valve cover gasket, and air filter. Got the feeling they didn't know exactly what caused the hesitation and if they have me replace the entire ignition system and clean up the fuel and air system, it would fix it. Fairly proficient so I did most the work myself and found that one of the plugs (difficult to reach and get to) was not plugged in completely. I would never go to A&M again or recommend to anyone. It ended up costing $400 less after paying them to inspect, replace the fuel filter, do an oil change, and replace everything else myself. Customer service was good though, answered all my questions and always called back, didn't argue or hard sell me.

Good clean shop. They are professional and courteous - something not easy to find in the aftermarkent auto repair business. Would recommend to friends and family.

I took my BMW in for overheating to 3 different BMW repair shops and after spending at least 2000.00 on repairs it was still overheating. After a 20min conversation with A&M i left my vehicle there for inspection. After one hour they called me and told me that my car needs a head gasket. I told them to get it done. My car runs awesome now. I am very happy. They truly know how to fix BMW.

I am very pleased with the way they handled my visit. Even though the tow truck arrived a little late, I was pleasantly surprised to see auto repair business with this much customer service. My car was fixed within two days and the price was good. They chose less expensive repair to fit my budjet. I am very happy and trust them with all my heart.

This shop is very good. As you know the Lexus dealer in Bellevue is a joke when it comes to price. These guys know the Lexus car and will deliver good service no questions asked. Very pleasant and clean environment. My car was washed and done on time. Good job!

A&M auto repair in bellevue is the most professional place I have ever been to. They repair my family cars for years and just the other day they send me a good customer gift certificate for $50.00
I am impressed with customer service and will recommend this auto repair shop to all my friends

Horrible experience. Added several items above quote. I spent a couple of thousand dollars fixing one problem, only to bring my car in again to have related items "discovered" and fixed. I have decided to cut my ties with this shop as they claim to fix things and then discover worse problems weeks or months after. Avoid them, as they sound professional, but will scam you in the long run. I hope not all car repair shops are like this.

This repair facility said "Honest Mechanics, try us".
So I did. Very professional and polite and clean.
But they overcharged me by $100. I told them this was my first time and I had three additional cars to bring in if I felt they did a great job. Much to my surprised when I received the bill which was $100 over my estimate. Instead of telling me what happened, they just said this was their only mistake. They reduced the bill after I asked them about it. I only hope they did a good job on the car itself and did what they said they would.

I'm super cynical when it comes to choosing an honest mechanic. I saw an add for A & M Factoria and it said "an honest mechanic." So I tried them. And what do you know, they were honest! Friendly, patient in describing the work they had to do and what was wrong with my car. They offer warranty on their work too! Good guys, I'd recommend their services.
