do not expect to get a notice or warning from these idiots when they turn off the water in your area my water was off for 3 hours without any notice....

dont send these people a change of address and expect it to be followed through! i sent these idiots 3 BILLING ADDRESS CHANGE LETTERS! they still sent my bill to the old address! then WPJWA has the incompetent audacity to send me a shut off notices AND a "letter charge" for THEIR triple mistake! welcome to allegheny county!

I hear people complain about the prices and the payment options of their water company all the time. I have been a customer for WPJWA for over 10 years with NO COMPLAINTS. It is a bit of a hassle to sign up for their service... all the paperwork they make you present... but it is worth it. It is always a good idea to pay your bill on a timely fashion because when they have to send you a late notice they add an additional $3 charge on your bill. Otherwise it is an excellent company to deal with and I would tell everyone who has to sign up for their service that they will be completely satisified.
