Amazing service. He was flexible regarding our schedule and let us take all the time we needed to say goodbye to our Beau. We especially appreciated the two shots, the first to make the dog sleep and the second to euthanize. During the sedative process we were able to lay on the floor with Beau and hold him while he got sleepy, and he was not aware of the second shot. Losing a pet is so hard, this was the best way to end our baby's suffering.

Dr. Alves has provided expert, consoling service when our cat had to receive her last treatment.Having the procedure done in the comfort and privacy of our home was of invaluable to both our pet and ourselves. Her last hours were spent in familiar surroundings, foods, and family.

Dr. Alves' explanation of the procedure, performance of the protocols, and post-treatment sympathy and understanding provided us great solace during this difficult period.

We highly recommend Dr. Alves to all who will need either general at-home services or the final treatment for their cherished pets.

Dr. Alves is the most caring vet I have ever had minister to my animals. He put our cat down with caring and love. He just "went to sleep" without the stress on him and us of a trip to a vet office. I hope I never have to put another animal down, but I hope Dr. Alves is around if I do.

A real bargin for the services and care provided. I rocommend him without reservation!!!

Dr. Alves was unbelievably kind, gentle, unhurried, and informative to name a few qualities when we very recently (8/31/07) had to make the very difficult decision to euthanize our large senior female malamute mix of ~13+ years. All loving dog owners are eventually faced with this difficult decision. We would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chad Alves for consultation and home euthanasia. He was so understanding and would have left and returned another time if we had changed out mind. We have never met a more compassionate vet which made a very difficult time so much easier for all involved. Thank you Dr. Chad Alves! We miss our girl so much, but are so grateful to you for making it dream-like for her while extending your incredible kindness to us.

i can't even get my cat into the car without getting scratch marks. then my cat makes the "oww" sound all the way to the vet office.

an in-house veterinarian was a blessing. the cat was put through a lot less stress as was i.

i don't do regular checkups on my cat, but i had Chad come in and take a look at my cat's anal cavity because it was pussing. chad actually keeps all the necessary materials with him so he doens't have to go back and forth wasting a lot of time. thankfully it wasn't anything serious, just a minor infection. otherwise chad will have you go to the office.

PROS: in home service!
CONS: none

Not only is Chad the nicest man, he will make house calls to care for your cat, dog or horse. He will come and give vaccinations, chip them plus lots more. The animals are so much more comfortable being taken care of at home. This is a fabulous service.
