Doctor's Urgent Care

This is definitely better than sitting in an emergency room, but after submitting insurance information at our visit, both my husband and myself were billed extreme amounts that the office obviously never submitted. Still battling with this to be paid! Besides this, my husband had a lesion drained that was never biopsied and I ended up with a very bad bacterial infection months later. Guess nobody there does their job correctly.

PROS: quick to be seen
CONS: everything from improper diagnosis to insurance hassles

I went to Doctor's urgent Care with my sister over Christmas when she was in town visiting and needed to take one of her kids to the doctor. It wasn't serious enough for the emergency room, and my pediatrician wasn't willing to go through the hassle of the insurance. The Doctor's urgent care office was great. We were able to walk in and be seen immediately, insurance wasn't a hassle at all there.
