I found this business on the web at www.somaticenter.com. The website was informative and unlike other sites my wife and I reviewed, this site actually lists it's prices without having to be contacted by someone. The prices were a little lower than some we found and my wife and I felt like we found the trainer for her. When meeting with our trainer, he was friendly and professional. He shared with us things we never heard before and this only helped to build our trust in him. My wife loves his training style and she has really mad lots of progress and lost 15lbs. in 4 weeks by following his recommendations. We highly recommend him to all who are looking for an in home personal trainer.
PROS: He trains in home so no excuse to not follow through!
CONS: My wife says he won't prepare her meals for her!!...I have no complaints.
