Honda Superstition Springs

I shouldn't really review this dealership. However I did go there looking for a 4x4 vehicle for my daughter. We had a specific model in mind and instead of telling me they had no such vehicle they brought me two vehicles that were 8 cylinders when we requested four. We also told them it was a cash deal and we had x-amount to spend, and no more. Well they proceeded to bring us other vehicles that were double in price. What part of no more did you not understand? If you are trying to buy a new car maybe they would be ok and I have heard good things about their service department (the reason we went there in the first place), but for selling you what you ask for, not so much.

The service department is amazing! They are very efficient, and helpful. They are very courteous. They remember who you are if you go there more than once (like the bar Cheers). Ask for James.

They got the vehicle out of service earlier than requested. The service rep was extremely friendly and very thorough with what was done and the recommendations for future service. No "talking down" to a woman, like some places do.

I wish I would have gone to Superstition Springs Honda before buying my car, because I would much rather have given them my business. I do, however, use them for all of my maintenance and product needs. Their service is quick, and their mechanics are very capable. The waiting room is nice and is stocked with coffee and doughnuts to make the time pass more pleasantly. Even getting spare keys made for my car resulted in a nice thank you letter in the mail that said thanks for your business and please let us know if you are ever dissatisfied in any way so that we can fix the problem. I will definitely continue to give them my business.

PROS: Great service, competitive pricing, excellent mechanics and store
CONS: None that I know of yet
