I was new to area and found this gym to be a good value. Staff is really nice. Some of the equipment is old but serves purpose. Not enough machines for busy time. They have a sign in sheet and time limits if that happens. Parking is provided but limited...alternative is parking at meter on street. Just make sure you keep the meter fed. No windows in weight room so atmosphere is kind of dark. The cardio room has full windows to the street. Overall I would recommend if you want a place to work out that wont break the wallet

This is a great gym if you want to avoid large crowds. It?s conveniently located right in downtown Royal Oak. Their prices are competitive. Watch out for the specials. They offer great deals when you pay upfront. Also offers some classes. Not a ton, but the ones they have are pretty good. Machines aren?t super new, but they are sufficient. A drawback to some may be that there are full length windows that face the streets of downtown. But this could push others to work our harder.

PROS: Competitively Priced, Conveniently located
CONS: Machines aren't super new. Classes are limited.
