Spider Club

This place is very much a chilled out version of the Avalon...you can actually have a conversation here. Great place to meet up with friends and have a good time. Kinda a Hollywood hipster establishment so getting in can be a bit of a challenge. The drinks are inventive and pretty good. I was recommended to try a "Ty-tini" (sp?) which was made of this sake liqueur stuff that was in a glowing bottle, as soon as I saw that thing I was sold! they always have some good musical acts showcasing local and national talents...one of my favs in hollywood!

this place was really awesome because of its size. there weren't too many people and it was pretty small. the decor was Spanish and it was very nice for having a conversation in between dances rather than having to yell to hear anything. it was a good place. kinda hard to get into but nice

My friends and I went here for a night out and it was amazing. First off we pulled into the parking lot for $25 dollars ouch then they said park here (next to the porche and Mercedes). Then we just went right in. It is a small sectioned off part of Avalon. There are nice booths to sit at and a lounge, great for chatting. The dance floor is different because there aren't a million people bumping into you, there is a stage with a pole if thats what you like. I really liked the atmosphere becasue it was small. I went over to Avalon for a minute and was freaked out by the hundreds of people dancing to techno music, not my scene, but Spider was amazing!
