Outstanding Service  5 Star Rating - World class

I have used Neider Mortgage for at least 10 loans over the past 15 years and have never been disappointed. They take control from the very start and all of the pressure and stress of obtaining a mortgage or home improvement/ home equity loan just disappears. I love the fact that they handle everything and my involvement is kept to a minimum. Sharon and Chris are great to work with and always treat me as if I were family. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. They represent a rare thing these days- prompt, loyal, total customer service at a decent rate and timely, professional fashion. They will even come to you if you can't get to their office.

A Positive Mortgage Experience  5 Star Rating - World class

This is one Houston mortage broker that is absolutely first class! I refinanced my home several years back and have since referred 3 business associates who had excellent service. My last referral was my oldest son, on his first home purchase and he just closed a couple of days ago, all thanks to Sharon Neider. A must to consider if you are looking for a mortgage!

Wonderful service, very professional! 5 Star Rating - World class

My husband and I purchased our first home recently and Sharon and Chris were wonderful to work with. They gave us great updates and stayed on top of everything. Even though we closed on our home a few months ago--they are still helpful with many issues regarding our home purchase post-closing. We would highly recommend using Neider Mortgage!

I have used Neider Mortgage twice so far. My first home buying experience was with Neider Mortgage and Sharon and her team educated me on how the process worked and what to expect. I got documentation on time and knew what I needed to provide every set of the way. I got a great rate , closing went very smoothly and I felt very prepared. I selected Neider Mortgage again for an investment property and I was very impressed that I got the very same service. Every step was carefully explained and layed out so that I always knew what was happening and why. I am starting to get into the real estate business and know that the realtor and contractors really have their own interests at heart but Sharon always has my back! She is 100% vested in getting me the best rate and does all the heavy lifting for me!!
