Beshoff Motors is AWESOME!
I have been buying/driving Mercedes since 1988 and have never experienced the great level of customer service that I've received over and over again at Beshoff Motors.
They worked hard for my business, found me the exact car I wanted (they searched all over the US and found exactly what I asked for), they have since provided excellent customer service. I will continue to give all of my business to Beshoff Motors.
Beshoff Motors ROCKS! Do yourself a favor, go to Beshoff to buy your next Mercedes!!
FYI: I read a complaint posted on this site about Beshoff and find it hard to believe based on my experiences with this company. I'm guessing the person complaining must have been rude to them - and based on what they've written - it sounds as though that person looks for conflict and free passes (all this over trying to get a free car wash?!). Change your attitude and you'll see that people will gravitate toward you - not away from you!

Beshoff motorcars has the worst car service ever. I put my car in service, and after I got it back, there was about an extra 60 miles on the meter than before I left it there. Not only that, but the the car inside was dirty when I got it back. Also, I forgot my garage remote control inside the loaner car, and tried to call more than three times, and left many messages, but no one called me back. So from Wednesday until now, I still have no news about my remote control. Very disappointed with the service!

I purchased my first MB for my birthday in 2005. I have bought several cars but found this to be the best purchase experience ever. I had wanted a specific C230 Kompressor. It was extremely difficult to find. When I went to test drive the car they only had automatics on the lot. I did not like them and wanted to test drive a stick. The parts manager had just bought the last manual transmission car on the lot and when he found out the I wanted to test drive one he gave the keys for his personal car to the sales person to enable me to test drive it. Loved the car. They had to search all over the Western United States but got me the exact car I wanted. I have had several service issues with the car but the service department always has a car to me to take home, everyone is pleasant and knows me by name. They fix the problems and can even make the experience a pleasant one. Great job to all the folks at Beshoff Motor Cars.

I purchased a used vehicle from Beshoff Motor Cars two months ago. I got a really good deal on the car...however the Navigation DVD was missing. I was given a DUE BILL at the time of purchase and promised that the DVD would be sent to me the next business day, because it was locked in the vault. Two weeks later I contacted the sales person who sold me the car and was told he would get back to me. Two week later I called and spoke with the Used Car Sales Manager and was told I would receive the DVD in a week. I was sent a DVD which on the package indicated that it was not the DVD for my car. I tried it at the direction of the Used Car Sales Manager and it did not work! I sent it back and two months later I still have not gotten the correct DVD!!

This place is great, everyone is friendly, they care about your car and they care about me. The prices for service are very fair and they have seminars that you can attend to learn more about your favorite Mercedes Benz. I cant say more about them, I recommend them to everyone I see and talk to.

Wow we bought a Mercedes and during maintenance and problems with the new car they where all over it.
We called, took it in and got a rental car, coffee and doughnuts and where on our way.
They called every step of the way and we where never left feeling anything other thank WOW
