I was very excited to see a china cabinet that would match my dining table and chairs perfectly and was priced well. The one on the floor was damaged, but they claimed they had another in the warehouse that was in perfect condition and that is what I would get. After I signed the sales slip and paid the amount due, the guy wrote As-Is across it. I didn't think anything of it at the time. Well, guess what was delivered to me? The damaged floor model. I couldn't do anything about it because I signed the "as-is" sales agreement. I learned my lesson and will never shop there again.

I just wanted to post about my experiences at the I45 location. The first time I went to the store I got lucky and found a good salesman (Mike) who worked with me on purchasing a bed. I didn't get a brand spankin new one but it was a floor model sanitized. I payed $350 after taxes. They wrapped it in plastic and loaded it on the truck for us.... and that was that. Mike made things go very smoothly and was a great help in choosing my bed. My only complaint is that I could not find a king anywhere in the store worth sleeping on in that price range. My mom goes 2days later and gets a king for less than I paid for my queen. I think this store like others have said try to make money anywhere they can. I guess that is everywhere though. Would I shop there again... probably but only with Mike. Would I argue for a better deal.. Yep. Would I shop a sale... most definitely. Good luck to everyone. The prices I saw were mostly reasonable.

Bi Rite Furniture is Terrible, they lie to you the owner (Turbo) is a crazy guy, the manager looks like a coke head. I went there and bought some furniture when I got it delivered it (sectional) had 4 tears so I told them to take it back. I called the store and they said they will bring it back the next day which was ok I waited all day called the store 3 times no one ever showed up fed up and tired the next day I went to Bi rite and asked for my sectional sofa they said they will deliver it to me later that day I was not happy but I agreed when they brought me the sectional it was the same one with same 4 tears I had returned initially. I followed the drivers back to Bi Rite and demanded to get a new sectional right away or my Refund the owner got in my face and told me he will not give me a refund and threatened to Kick my Axx. I was stunned and shocked by the professionalism, to make a long story short I still have not received my sectional or my refund and am still waiting. I have issued a dispute with my credit card Today but I wanted to tell every one about this experience. Don't go there or shop there.

i had been to this place today ,worst experience ever in my life...they had a dinning table with marble top and 4 chairs priced for 1350 dollars,but same thing in rooms to go,bel and anyother place i checked was priced 599-699 .so i just asked them is it because of the material,but the answer i got was to go and buy from the other place.also i wanted to buy a sofa set and bedroom set too.but they were very rude especially the manager.initally i was told by the floor manager that he will do zero percent financing for 12 months.but after i have signed the papers the manager came and told he cant do it.i asked then why did u say differently at first.that manager told he dont have anything more to tell.so i just came off ,its better to buy from rooms to go or ashley or anywhere else than going to this shop to get furnitures without any warrenty and managers are so ridiculous and rude.thank god i didnt get any from this place. i then got my furniture from rooms to go...much much better customer service and better items than bi rite furniture.

I have my worst experience of shopping at Bi-rite near I45,Houston. I choose a sofa, paid for it, then discovered that on the back of the same marker, there is a price $100 less price. When I showed to the sales person, he cancelled my earlier payment and asked to pay $100 less and rewrite the check. Then the manager came and cancelled the whole sales procedure and rudely told me that I cannot buy it. He did not give any reason. When I asked for such strange behavior, he told me, "Get out of my room or I will arrest you". My little son was terrified and we left the shop in great shock. The manager is very rude, dishonest, dangerous and terrible person. I never felt so insulted in my life.Never visit this shop and discourage others.

My son and Daughter in-law bought a sofa three weeks ago and the back support broke, the owner was rude on the phone and refused to do a service call on it, after they were told to fax the receipt in and they would service it ITS NOT WRITE bi-rite, Bean Bag service

I stopped at Bi Rite Furniture with cash in hand ready to purchase a sofa. I looked at two sofas. One of the sofas was nice and the other was cheap. As soon as the manager thought that I was going with the cheap sofa he jacked up the price of the cheap sofa so that I would pay the same price for the cheap sofa as I would have paid for the nicer sofa. I left the store as soon as this happened. I called Bi Rite later that day and questioned the managers action and I was told do not call back for a manager. This stored is horrible and your throwing your money out of the window when you shop there. If you don't believe me, just read the other reviews.

4 years ago a roommate and I went there looking for furniture that we could go half on for our new apartment. We went there picked out furniture, asked if we changed our mind could we get our money back. Salesman said yes so we put it in the layaway. A few weeks later we went back to cancel the layaway, and they REFUSED TO REFUND OUR $700. When I confronted the salesman and the manager they flat out lied and told me that i was never told that. After yelling for 15 minutes and embarrassing them in front of potential customers, they called security and tried to have me arrested! Security there at that time refused to remove me because they had heard the entire conversation and didnt think that I was wrong! Ending result...my roommate got more time to pay off her half of the layaway.

PROS: There are none
CONS: They lie steal and cheat! There is no customer service there

The deal I got at Bi Rite was fabulous! The service upon purchasing the furniture was thorough. After purchasing the furniture and calling back to question my salesperson about delivery, he was very rude, short, unprofessional and tacky. He had the audacity to hang the phone up in my face after I spent over a thousand dollars in livingroom furniture. I called back purely puzzled as to why the call was disconnected so abruptly and asked to speak with the store manager. The salesperson insisted that he was the store manager and that"he did not have time to answer my question, he was trying to make a living and had other customers." If a paid customer can't have one minute of the salesperson's time than they shouldn't buy from this salesman at Bi Rite. His name is Kenny. We all go to work each day to make a living, but to compromise return business, referrals and quality customer service is a travesity. My co workers, my friends, acquantances or family will not patronize this establishment. Our money will not make a difference hostically, but if you want customer service before and after the sale, pass right on by Bi Rite.

PROS: very attentive during the sale
CONS: equally unprofessional, rude, tacky and trifling after the sale
