We've used Kevin to plan, coordinate and run 5 focus groups and we will certainly be using him in the future. He very professional, organized, incredibly detail oriented, and well prepared for the events. By the time we step into the focus group facility, objectives are clearly laid out and Kevin is very well prepared to moderate the discussion. He's an expert at managing group conversation and skilled at hitting all major points on the plan. I've been amazed at his ability to steer the conversation from participants that try to dominate or hijack converations. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Kevin is an experienced moderator who is adept at designing qualitative research studies that help you understand your key customers. It's a pleasure to work with Kevin - he strives to understand your business first, is extremely responsive and organized, and above all else, is a fantastic moderator (not an easy skill) who helps draw out key insights from customers. Kevin is also very flexible and works to be creative in meeting needs within a set budget. I highly recommend TKG Consulting and will definitely use them again.
