I have purchased three homes at auction from LaFlesch Realty and Arizona Investment Link. Absolutely incredible experience. Jason LaFlesch and Brandon Cox have been extremely knowledgeable and professional and have taken care of every step throughout the entire process. I did decide to flip the first three properties which have exceeded my expectations. I have purchased a 4th home last Monday and am working on a 5th. I would recommend Arizona Investment Link to anyone that wants to break into the real estate investment market.

Laura, you opt to write such a negative review and yet do not have enough insight to spell the man's name correctly or associate him with the correct real estate company. I have used Mr. LaFlesch on numerous real estate transactions and have YET to be disappointed. Perhaps you confuse his attempt to fully explain a situation as not being straight forward. Not all answers are yes or no. He is a Realtor and an EXCELLENT one at that.

Laura mentioned that she worked with Stan LaFlesch at LaFlesch Realty and had a bad experience. Stan LaFlesch doesn't work for LaFlesch Realty and never has. Laura should get her facts correct before incorrectly posting opinions

I have dealt with Stan LeFlesch in two different transactions and he was unhelpful to say the least. He doesn't seem to like answering questions in a direct manner and I do not recommend using him as a realtor.
