She's an awesome doctor. I've been seeing her for more than 6 years and can say that she's highly recommended.
Her new office and staff are great - waiting times seem as good or better than any doctors office I've been to.

I was referred to Dr Gorman by my coworker and can say I found her to be professional and personable.
I had an easy time connecting with reception, scheduled an apt and found I didn't have to wait at all once I got there. I've already scheduled my husband to move over there as well.

I am in my 40's and do lots of sports, sometimes with injury results. I first saw Dr Gorman in 2006 at a friend's referral- listens well and being an athlete herself, she has great insight and experience. She was right on in handling my situation and reducing recovery time. I now see her partner, Dr Fulmer- great person, he too listens well, and very knowledgeable. In setting appts. I do not wait days- always within a couple days. Admin is good on followup. New facility is great and waiting in the office is never long. Now my wife and son go there as well.

I've found that exams etc. just need to be scheduled out a bit - but they always find ways to squeeze me in for colds and a variety of sports type injuries.
Dr Gorman puts her patients first: she listens carefully and is always patient with me.
Overall, I would highly recommend Dr Gorman

I've seen Dr Gorman and her associate a couple of times and she's a fine doctor... if you can get an appointement sometime in your lifetime.
Her administrative systems are terrible. The phone tree you are connected to is worthy of some of the more frustrating credit card companies out there and the office staff to back it up is less than stellar. The most simple of tasks become maddening and end up requiring a lot of direct intervention from you.
I've been going round and round with Dr Gorman's office staff about getting a prescription refilled and just found out that after multiple requests from my pharmacy, they'd faxed back a confirmation to a pharmacy I never use. It took me several calls and trips through Dr Gorman's phone system to figure that out.
I think Dr Gorman's taken on too much (new offices, building ownership, new office staff and a new colleague) and the quality of the patient experience is starting to slip. I'm starting the search for a new primary since there are many very qualified, more organized options out there.

I've been really happy with Dr Gorman as my primary care physician. She is extrememly approachable, kind, and easy to talk to. She explains things well, takes time to answer questions and makes sure I understand the matter at hand (I don't feel like I'm being rushed out the door).

Tiffany Gorman is the best you could ever ask for in a family physician. Being an athletic I have many sports related injuries and issues which that is Dr. Gorman's speciality as well! She always makes you feel extremely comfortable and her staff as well! If I need an appointment fast I can usually get in very quickly!! She is very knowledgeable and helps me to always understand what ever the issue is at hand. #1 doctor in Los gatos! Oh.... in the Silicon Valley:-)

Dr. Gorman is everything you want in a family physician - very open, honest, approachable, and straight shooting. She's extremely easy to talk to, she is caring, and she has a no-nonsense way about her that always makes me feel like I'm getting the best care possible.
