I called at the last minute on a Sunday at about 6pm (what was I thinking?) because I wanted my carpets to be cleaned before my house went on the market the next day. The owner was at my house within an hour and did an excellent job!! I can't say enough about it. NO ONE in town can beat their prices, trust me Ive called about 20 places. He cleaned 5 rooms for 99 dollars and I had some bad pet odor and he only charged 10 dollars for that. The average of other places around town were 150 for 5 rooms and 20 per AREA of odor remover. They have the right idea because I will definitely be using them again and I will refer my friends as well. You wont be disappointed

i was recently trying to get some carpet cleaned in a rent house i own that had not been cleaned in seven years. some of the rooms were horrible. the carpet guy recommended replacing the carpet in the master bedroom and and in the living room. they saved me time and money and they did not make any money on the carpet replacement because i used my own guys for that. they did a good job on the rest of the house wiill use in the future.

i called got a live person on the phone, they gave a guaranteed quote with no strings attached they came out 30 minutes early and did a good job. finally customer service without a bunch of additives they removed red wine and paint from my carpet at no additional charge im happy and so is my girlfriend.

I USED R AND R LAST MONTH AND MY CAT URINATED ON MY FRESH CLEAN CARPET THAT THEY HAD CLEANED SO WELL. I CALLED AND THEY RECOMMENDED A INEXPENSIVE PET TREATMENT OF 1/2 VINGEGAR AND 1/2 WATER I USED IT AND IT ACTUALLY WORK . I THANK THEM FOR THERE HONESTY I AM ON A FIXED INCOME SO EVERY PENNY COUNTS MOST COMPANIES WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME FOR CLEANING THE WHOLE AREA AGAIN. THANKS I WILL USE YOU GUYS IN THE FUTURE....

I would highly recommend RR for carpet cleaning. I chose R and R for steam cleaning after looking up citysearch. Not only did R&R arrive early, but it was done within 45 min (1300 sq ft apt.). The man was very friendly, professional and quick. He also moved all my furniture around, making sure the carpets were properly cleaned. I will definitely use R&R again next time!

hey i was surely impressed at how the tehnicians removed a large black ink stain from my carpet and how clean the carpet was after they cleaned it. they told me prior to cleaning my carpet that they ask all their clients to give a honest review on city search. that made me feell as though they had to give a 100% effort knowing i was going to review the service online. overall they did a good job and the price was right to. thanks............

i had my carpet cleaned by r and r a few months ago and i was a very satisfied customer but i recently purchased a new dog who created a very small urine stain on my carpet i called to get a estimate and these guys removed the stain free of charge maybe because i was a previous customer, but regardless of the reason i will sure call on these guys in future they gave me a home remedy for urine stains that cost around $2.00 thanks guys for the tip

being in the military we have to always be on time. so this was a big plus with me. they arived thirty minutes early and did a outstanding job. there was a large clorox and bleach stain that was in my carpet for several months that they could not get out. they do not charge for stain removal even though they spent about twenty minutes trying. so no harm no foul. but overall i was very pleased with my service.

I CALLED R & R CARPET CLEANERS AT AROUND 7PM ON SATURDAY I NEEDED TO HAVE MY CARPET CLEANED BECAUSE I WAS HAVING COMPANY OVER ON SUNDAY. THEY WERE ALREADY BOOKED FOR THE DAY BUT WHEN I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE OWNER HE CAME OUT PERSONALLY AND CLEANED MY CARPET AND HE DID A REAL GOOD JOB. the guys went above and beyond the call of duty, they moved my funiture around to clean behind and under and they put it back in place after they were done. they did a good job on my carpet and ask me to inspect the stains they removed to ensure i was happy. i was also told to call them after the carpet dries just to be sure the stain did not reappear because that has happen to me before with another company. overall i would recommend these services to anyone looking for good service.

we called this company at the last minute not knowing what to expect we usually use the larger companies that have been around for years. my husband said lets give them a shot. i was very glad i did. not only did they do a good job but they were very professional and they arrived 30 min early. i would recommend this company we had serveral large stains that we thought were permanent but we found out from them we had been using the wrong chemicals go figure
