My favorite brunch spot

by Stephanie U. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 7,803

Any time I have a lazy Saturday, I head to Tweet. The menu is diverse--a little something for everyone, from the mega meat eater to the vegetarian. The portions are huge, but the price is small! I also really like that they often give you an abuse-bouche, which makes me feel pretty fancy. Even if you have to wait for a table, you probably won't mind sitting at the Big Chicks bar, passing the time drinking coffee or a cocktail and looking at the fabulous artwork. Tweet is tops!

Tweet Let's Eat is great for brunch.

by Elisa C. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 850

Great for brunch! I went with several girlfriends, and though the place is rather small, they accommodated us quite well. The menu has a lot of organic, healthy items, and they can make a mean omelet. Coffee was really good, and I am pretty picky about that. A very nice meal for around $15.

Best Brunch in Town

by Devon R. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,087

Tweet, on Chicago's North Side, is an overlooked restaurant that has one of the city's best brunches! Avoid the long wait at restaurants such as Orange, Toast, and Ann Sather and come here instead (although there can sometimes be a wait here too).

They use the freshest ingredients, usually local and organic when possible, and the brunch menu is as full and extensive as you could ever want: buckwheat pancakes, eggs, french toast, eggs benedict -- all with special touches and large portions!

Enjoy their patio in the summer, and don't forget to come back to try their dinner menu! The servers are the friendliest in town, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
